"Stayed at a hotel near the airport that offered a shuttle bus service. Just wait at the departure level on the 3rd floor of the airport, and the bus with the hotel name on it will pick you up. It's super convenient! The hotel itself was pretty clean, and there's a restaurant right downstairs. If you walk a bit to the left, you'll find a Yunnan restaurant – perfect for a late-night meal. It was great to land and grab some supper."

"The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient for transportation. Although the interior was a bit dated, it had many advantages. I recommend it. Facing the Fraser River, the view was pleasant. It was a pity that breakfast wasn't a buffet. Nearby, there's a Costco and a large Chinese supermarket called ”Fengying,” and for dining, there's ”Sea Harbour City.”"

"The hotel is very newly renovated & the design is modern & nice. It’s located on St. Edward’s & Bridgeport Road in Richmond; which is not in Richmond city centre. But, if you’d drive it’s not too bad and there’s 407 & 430 bus just about 4-5 min walk from the hotel & can go to Richmond city centre in 15 mins. There’s also A&W burger just in walk opposite to the hotel. And 6-8 min walk to Dollarama, Sungiven supermarket, Tim Horton."

"Really surprised by this hotel. High-IQ, diverse staff (they have many languages covered) that had better service than many 5-stars I have stayed at: #1: I extended my stay through trip.com; normally, this is a comedy of errors: housekeepers knocking in the morning, front desk calling and asking when I'll be leaving, etc. This hotel handled everything perfectly without bothering me. On trip.com, you can make special room requests, but this is the first place that actually followed it automatically! #2: Smart facilities choices: QUIET door closers (this is a bigger deal than people realize; most hotels have cheap auto door closers that slam the doors, so your mornings start with the sound of slamming doors at 6AM.), huge in-room refrigerators (small ones probably cost the same, but are useless for guests), lovely patios looking at the Minoru Park, #3: Great location near a large mall and restaurants. Areas of improvement: Breakfast was quite good, though I wish they had hash browns and they need to refrigerate the cream cheese (it says so on the label); had some bad stomach issues with that or maybe the shared serving utensils. Rooms could just use some touch up paint on the metal door frames and some parts of the walls. It would be fast and easy to have maintenance do one room a day. Finally, the air conditioners (heat pumps) are pretty noisy at times. Bring ear plugs."

"This hotel's location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk from the SkyTrain station, and there's a T&T Supermarket and Walmart nearby. The hotel offers breakfast, and my favorite is always the freshly made waffles with coffee. As a Chinese person, I prefer drinking hot water, and you can borrow a kettle from the front desk."

"Unfortunately due to a medical emergency I was unable to make the trip from UK to Canada - I had to cancel flights, other hotels, car hire and excursions. I submitted medical documents and have been refunded for everything else even though these were ‘non flexible’ and ‘non refundable’. The Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver Airport/Richmond was the only booking not to consider a refund or even a credit note, even though medical document was submitted more than 48 hrs prior to check in time. This was the continued response from Trip.com: Your booking at Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver-Airport/Richmond cannot be cancelled free of charge. We have submitted a free cancellation request to the hotel on your behalf. Unfortunately, we have not received a timely response from the hotel, and your booking will remain as originally confirmed."

"Hotel is convenient located near eatery and airport. Sharon the front desk was extremely helpful to locate my reservation . Trip.com gotten my reservation thr agoda and Sharon spent fair bit of time to trace my agoda booking number. As trip.com booking number is not found in trip.com. Sharon worked extra hour to trace my booking to avoid me to make any payment as couldnt locate trip.com booking. Overall, my stay was plesant and shittle service is good and prompt."
