"Receptionisy did not explain well some things upon admission, like shuttle service to the airport, bar times and breakfast. She just proceed with the admission as if she wants to getc rid of us immediately. The remote of the TV is not working, and the TV itself is on and off, looks like signal problem."

"This hotel is a great option if you need to stay near the airport the night before your flight, or when you first arrive. The hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient; it's free to the hotel but there's a charge for the return trip to the airport. It's a standard business hotel, and given the prices in Switzerland, I think it's a decent choice even if you have to put up with the slight inconvenience of traveling to nearby areas. The photo was taken when we walked to a nearby station to go to Bern. My mom and I managed the walk with our suitcases. I'm highlighting these points because they were important to me, and I hope this helps others."

"Not a bad place to stay if you have a flight to catch, comfortable and clean enough, and about a ten minute walk from some shops where you can get affordable food. But I don’t see how it is stated as being a 20 minute walk from the airport. Unless you have access to walk across airport runways then it will take over an hour. My map app took me through something like a wilderness park, not very nice if you have roller suitcases. The airport shuttle costs ten CHF, and breakfast at the hotel 20 CHF ( I did not try the breakfast as that was too expensive for me)."

"I had a really pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was neat and clean, and the area around the hotel was very nice and convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of options which we enjoyed each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was excellent as it always arrived right on time. We also loved the pizza we had at the hotel for dinner during our stay. One small thing I really liked was the shower gel it smelled so lovely. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily visit again."

"Highly recommended for anyone flying in or out, or with a layover. We couldn't check in before 3 PM, but there were complimentary fruits and drinks in the lobby. The room facilities were excellent, and the bathroom had strong water pressure and even a shower seat! After 24 days of tiny, cramped hotel bathrooms in Switzerland where it was hard to even turn around, this was a welcome luxury before leaving the country. The breakfast was good too."
