"The room was clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was warm and polite; seeing that we had a child, she upgraded our room type for free and even prepared slippers and a toothbrush for the little one. The hotel environment is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made noodles, desserts, fruits, various steamed buns, fried dough sticks, and more, catering to everyone's needs. We stayed on the 23rd floor, and the night view of Changji was beautiful. When we checked out the next day, they even gave my child a mosquito repellent bracelet as a Children's Day gift. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it! The only minor issue was with the security guard at the hotel entrance; he didn't react when a car approached, and even after honking for a while, he didn't direct us where to park. We had to get out and ask if the underground parking was available. However, these little things didn't detract from our overall stay."

"Because the room was not cleaned in time, the hotel upgraded the view room for free. The service is really good. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities and equipment after the renovation in 2020 are better, the breakfast is also quite rich, the transportation is convenient, there is a supermarket downstairs, 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, and the high floors can overlook the entire Changji. I will stay here again on my next business trip."

"Due to weather reasons, the flight was adjusted. A friend who was planning to stay was not sure when he would arrive at the hotel. I was hesitating whether to reserve a room for him, but I was afraid that the free cancellation time would exceed, resulting in the room fee I had paid not being refunded.
