提行李到園區時也遇到問題：幫忙搬運行李的工作人員效率低下，且幾乎不提供實際幫助，客人衹能自己動手把重物抬到他們的三輪車上。完全沒有體現出應有的服務水準。
值得一提的是，期間有一位少數民族姑娘態度很好，服務很到位，是整個體驗中為數不多的亮點。
整體來説，除了個別員工以外，服務體驗非常差，不會考慮再次入住，也不推薦他人選擇。
