Traveling alone just to Changji, I opened Trip.com and looked at what good hotel I saw. I felt that the Cannes hotel was good. It was convenient and in line with my requirements. I found that not only the parking lot, the door was also tall. The air conditioning in the lobby was cool. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Also awesome, will consult if you need any help, the environment is clean, hygienic and beautiful. I will recommend it later.

這次入住體驗非常糟糕，尤其是服務方面令人失望。前台部分工作人員態度非常差，打電話諮詢時話還沒説完就被掛斷，態度極其敷衍，完全感受不到任何應有的禮貌和專業素養。 提行李到園區時也遇到問題：幫忙搬運行李的工作人員效率低下，且幾乎不提供實際幫助，客人衹能自己動手把重物抬到他們的三輪車上。完全沒有體現出應有的服務水準。 值得一提的是，期間有一位少數民族姑娘態度很好，服務很到位，是整個體驗中為數不多的亮點。 整體來説，除了個別員工以外，服務體驗非常差，不會考慮再次入住，也不推薦他人選擇。
