AalrightThe rooms are spacious and clean. Good location, next to the food street, there are many restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is satisfactory, not every dish is spicy, beef noodles are excellent.
The only downside is that the parking lot is not big.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the hotel facilities are very new, the front desk service is excellent, the room has a comfortable double bed, and it's clean and hygienic, making me feel very safe staying there. There's a laundry room on the 7th floor where you can do laundry for free. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and parking is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Fortunately, it is not hard to come over on the road, and the store is easy to find. It is mainly very close to the subway 🚇 station. Friends don’t have to worry about the rich dishes, the taste is good, the meat is a lot, suitable for dinner with friends, eat too much, you will not step on the thunder at all. The staff service is particularly intimate, the attitude is gentle and polite, the work efficiency is high, the whole stay is particularly comfortable, next time you come to Changji, you will choose this one.

YYuukiUkeiThe hotel service was amazing. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to cater to my needs, and the room service ladies were always polite and punctual. The room itself was in good condition, with all necessary amenities. Free water and tea were provided regularly. The shower had hot water, which was nice. Location was also good, with a short taxi ride taking me anywhere in the city. Overall, the value for price is great!

The room is spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sleep is particularly practical, the disposable items are also very good, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out are efficient and fast, and the demand can be responded in time. The service is particularly intimate. The free laundry room is particularly convenient and worth recommending.

Ssunka2iii這次入住體驗非常糟糕，尤其是服務方面令人失望。前台部分工作人員態度非常差，打電話諮詢時話還沒説完就被掛斷，態度極其敷衍，完全感受不到任何應有的禮貌和專業素養。
提行李到園區時也遇到問題：幫忙搬運行李的工作人員效率低下，且幾乎不提供實際幫助，客人衹能自己動手把重物抬到他們的三輪車上。完全沒有體現出應有的服務水準。
值得一提的是，期間有一位少數民族姑娘態度很好，服務很到位，是整個體驗中為數不多的亮點。
整體來説，除了個別員工以外，服務體驗非常差，不會考慮再次入住，也不推薦他人選擇。
