GGuest UserThis stay experience is superb, must be five-star praise! The location of the hotel is very good, the surrounding is very quiet, not noisy at all. The front desk staff Xiaoshuai service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out speed is very fast, there is a question consultation will be patiently answered, the whole experience is full. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sleeping was particularly relieved, the supporting toiletries and facilities were complete, the hot water supply was timely, and the bathroom experience was good. The corridors and public areas were also cleaned in place, and the elevators operated smoothly. The breakfast is rich in variety, meat, snacks, drinks are all available, and the taste is delicious. The overall price is super high, whether it is travel or business trip is very suitable, next time I come here, I will choose this hotel, I really recommend it to everyone!

Very close to the Xinjiang Grand Theatre, I recommend us to see the world of ice and snow, the tickets are not expensive, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom amenities are complete and the quality is online. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located and convenient for shopping. The price is super high, I will choose this one next time, I highly recommend it to everyone! There are many people in the ice and snow world, and there are penguins. The children are very happy. It is really convenient to live here.

GGuest UserDue to the weather, the flight was adjusted. A friend who planned to stay could not be sure when to arrive at the store. He was hesitant to reserve a room for him, but he was afraid that the time for free cancellation would exceed the time, resulting in the room rate I had paid. When I was anxious, The hotel's waiter in charge of reception, Dela, helped me coordinate the duty manager, agreed that I could cancel the order first, and then book a room directly at the front desk, and can help me reserve it for free until 21 that night, which eliminated my concerns. The shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are worth mentioning. They really smell good. The room is clean and the glass of the 4 windows is wiped very bright. There is a park next to the exterior with trees and water, which makes me feel very good. It was a great feeling to see the night view at night. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and considerate. She took the initiative to introduce the hotel with a washing machine and ironing machine, free parking, and poured me a glass of water when she saw me waiting for someone in the lobby. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Changji next time.
