"The room was clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was warm and polite; seeing that we had a child, she upgraded our room type for free and even prepared slippers and a toothbrush for the little one. The hotel environment is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made noodles, desserts, fruits, various steamed buns, fried dough sticks, and more, catering to everyone's needs. We stayed on the 23rd floor, and the night view of Changji was beautiful.
When we checked out the next day, they even gave my child a mosquito repellent bracelet as a Children's Day gift. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it! The only minor issue was with the security guard at the hotel entrance; he didn't react when a car approached, and even after honking for a while, he didn't direct us where to park. We had to get out and ask if the underground parking was available. However, these little things didn't detract from our overall stay."

"Because the room was not cleaned in time, the hotel upgraded the view room for free. The service is really good. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities and equipment after the renovation in 2020 are better, the breakfast is also quite rich, the transportation is convenient, there is a supermarket downstairs, 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, and the high floors can overlook the entire Changji. "I don't even want to talk about this hotel. I stayed for three days, and on the last day, I took a shower before heading home. I almost fell asleep in the bathroom, but the door wouldn't open. Luckily, my flight the next day was delayed, and I had my phone with me in the shower room. Otherwise, I really don't know what I would have done. I called the front desk and waited for over ten minutes before someone came, opened the door, and said, ”This door is broken. We'll call the engineering department to fix it in a bit.” I was speechless. Maybe I was just lucky, otherwise I would have been stuck there. I checked out early the next morning to catch my flight, and after waiting all day, I still didn't receive an apology. I will never stay at this hotel again, and for the sake of my safety, I urge all future guests not to choose this hotel."

First of all, the hotel facilities are very new, the front desk service is excellent, the room has a comfortable double bed, and it's clean and hygienic, making me feel very safe staying there. There's a laundry room on the 7th floor where you can do laundry for free. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and parking is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Due to weather reasons, the flight was adjusted. A friend who was planning to stay was not sure when he would arrive at the hotel. I was hesitating whether to reserve a room for him, but I was afraid that the free cancellation time would exceed, resulting in the room fee I had paid not being refunded. When I was full of anxiety, Dila, the hotel receptionist, helped me coordinate with the duty manager and agreed that I could cancel the order first, and then book a room directly at the front desk, and he could help me reserve it for free until 21:00 that night, which eliminated my concerns.
