"We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help. A special thank you to Cherry, who was always available via WhatsApp and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were also amazing. A very special mention to Ms. H.Q. Du at the breakfast restaurant — she is honestly the sweetest! She went above and beyond every single day and helped us with literally everything. She made our mornings even better. ❤️ The rooms are very clean, the swimming pool is beautiful, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. The location is also perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie, with easy access to the main attractions. We stayed here with so much pleasure and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!"

I was a bit rushed this trip, but I'll definitely come back to enjoy the hot springs next time! The room was great, no strange smells, and the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm. "I planned to live in Zhangjiajie Scenic Area. The price there is more expensive, so I lived in Cili. I didn't expect this hotel to be very good in terms of health and service. It takes only a few minutes to get off the highway. The parking lot is at the door. It is really convenient. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Under her introduction and guidance, I also went to the pedestrian street and Yanhe Avenue. I felt the bustling and comfortable of this small town in Xiangxi. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time."

"The location is fantastic, just a couple of hundred meters from the exit, and a few hundred meters to the free shuttle bus stop for the scenic area (which takes you to the entrance). The service was very friendly. Our standard room was on the third floor, and the window view was unfortunately blocked. The toilet was a squat toilet. Since this side faces the main entrance, noise from outside in the morning would disturb sleep. The room door had poor sound insulation, so early risers and cleaning staff not mindful of their volume would wake us up quite early. However, considering the price, it still offers great value for money. You should manage your expectations at this price point; it's not comparable to hotels costing hundreds or thousands."

Zhangjiajie Muzhu Inn

Hotel near Zhangjiajie National Forest Park/Wulingyuan,Cili
"The guesthouse is conveniently located just a 3-minute drive from Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. It's set back a couple of hundred meters from the main road, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any noise. Surprisingly for a guesthouse, it features a lift. Our room was newly furnished, with a modern, minimalist, and very clean design. The bathroom boasted an extra-large shower head, making for a truly comfortable showering experience. The owner runs a restaurant on the ground floor. Our family of three enjoyed delicious and generously portioned noodles for breakfast. In our rush to check out, I accidentally left my horn comb in the room. I contacted the owner, who was incredibly helpful and promptly arranged to courier it back to me. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!"

"The accomodation is near the grand canyon spots. And you don’t need to worry as the family is very nice and accomodating. They gave free rides going to grand canyon entrance and pick us up after the tour. They even assisted us to buy our tickets for the attraction where we enjoy all the activities. Also, you can order your lunch, dinner and breakfast at them. They cook deliciously and affordable. The room are big, the toilet are clean and they are friendly. The view is also breathtaking as you can see the sea of clouds in the morning. I’ll surely commend this accomodation to everyone who wants to stay close the grand canyon."
