"I stayed in a wooden cabin villa with a huge balcony. The driver was very punctual for station pick-ups and drop-offs, and the front desk service was excellent. The auntie who made rice noodles for us at breakfast was also very kind. The staff and service here are all wonderful. Plus, the hotel is very clean. Even though it's been rainy these past few days in Zhangjiajie, the dehumidification in the room was great at keeping things dry! Waking up to beautiful views from the window every day really boosted my mood."

"This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! The overall environment is incredibly comfortable, full of rustic charm, making for a very relaxing stay. It completely lacks the stiffness you find in the city.
The biggest surprise was the restaurant; their signature dishes are so authentic! Not only are the ingredients fresh, but the flavors are also perfectly to my liking. Every dish carries a rich farm-style taste, and it was absolutely delicious. I felt like I tasted all the local specialties.

"Never been so serious: First of all, it is to let the children rest and play on this trip, but the experience is the worst. When we arrived, the staff was surprised by 😳, and then asked us if we booked? I said it was set a month ago. Second, we talk about the facilities: the room looks good, but the inside is too crowded, we have to take the two suitcases one by one, otherwise people can't turn around. The toilet has to be wiped after the shower to go to the toilet. There is no foot pad. It is directly wet. The window of the room is still broken. It cannot be closed. The door is difficult to open. Third, the afternoon tea, although it is sent, but from 2:30 to almost five o'clock, I called once in the middle, but they said that there is a need to go out at 3:30 to buy it, everyone can see which picture needs to buy materials to make, the most important thing, eat is still tide. But breakfast is OK. Fourth: The children's amusement park, I dare not go in to play at all, it is mosquitoes, and we originally wanted to play in the water park with the baby, but said that the facilities were broken and could not be played. Is such a price reasonable for such facilities and services? If it is not open, then do you have to call us in advance to inform us that I can change the hotel. Not waste time there."

GGuest UserThe hotel is on a quiet mountain, very close to the road. I stayed there for two nights. It was a rare quiet and comfortable place. When it was cold, I sat in the fire room with the owner to warm myself. When the sun was good, I basked in it. At night, I set off some fireworks. The boss was very welcoming and gave me some vegetables he grew himself. Thank you and I wish you a happy new year.

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic, just a couple of hundred meters from the exit, and a few hundred meters to the free shuttle bus stop for the scenic area (which takes you to the entrance). The service was very friendly.
Our standard room was on the third floor, and the window view was unfortunately blocked. The toilet was a squat toilet. Since this side faces the main entrance, noise from outside in the morning would disturb sleep.
The room door had poor sound insulation, so early risers and cleaning staff not mindful of their volume would wake us up quite early. However, considering the price, it still offers great value for money. You should manage your expectations at this price point; it's not comparable to hotels costing hundreds or thousands.

It's a 3-minute walk from the train station, the hot water pressure was excellent, and the brand mattress made for a super comfortable sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered great mountain views, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the wooden furniture felt high-quality. Full marks, highly recommend!

TTangfengyisongyuEnvironment: Because I came to Jiangya to soak in hot springs, this homestay became one of the few choices. It is very close to the hot spring center and convenient for travel. After I came here, I found that the name of the store was taken from the homonym of Jiuxiwei, and Jiuxiwei was a frontier guard station established during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. At one time, it had a large jurisdiction. Take a look at the ”Jiuxi Village Chronicle” placed in the guest room and walk around Jiuxiwei Village. It feels very good. The owner is also an entrepreneur who loves history and culture and came from Jiuxi Village.
Hygiene: There are very few guests, and the sanitation work is good, but the waterproof treatment of the shower room is not good, causing water to leak in the bathroom.
Facilities: The homestay is very large, there is no elevator, and the guest room facilities are basically complete. It is estimated that due to the very few guests, no breakfast is provided.
Service: Although the girl at the front desk is not a local, she can also enthusiastically introduce the general situation of Jiuxi Village to the guests, tell us the tour route and the location of breakfast; it’s just that the package we booked, including a double magnesium hot spring, was not actively provided or asked when we checked in, and the professionalism needs to be improved.
During this 20-day trip to Greater Xiangxi, I found that except for a few popular attractions, most of the attractions had only a handful of tourists. Accommodation, catering and shops were also very deserted, which was a far cry from before 2019. This feeling was also confirmed by many tourism practitioners.

The hotel is in a small town, there is no noise from tourists, but there is a rare quiet. It is not the kind of crowded net red punching point, or quietly hiding in the streets, and even found the feeling of ”basement” when the first night arrived.
The design of the room is very comfortable, the wooden decoration is clean and neat, and there is no extra fancy. Although it is not possible to feel the location of the mountain by opening the window, it is actually very close to the scenic spot. It is very convenient to leave every day. When you come back at night, you can immediately switch to relax mode. This rhythm is particularly comfortable.
Breakfast is a plus item, there are not many things but they are all attentive, and the current is hot, much better than expected.
The service is also just right, not sticky but very reliable, when we left, we also helped us to leave a room for a while, considerate.
Living in this small town, going to see the mountains during the day, and returning to Banmu to drink and blow the hair at night, Zhangjiajie should play like this. Stay here next time.

YYucanThe room was excellent! We were traveling with our two little ones, and they kindly arranged a room with an extra bed for us, which was very thoughtful. There's a wide array of activities available: laser tag, mini-tanks, go-karting, shooting, and even water cannon battles. Our children not only had a blast but also learned a lot through play. When the weather is hot, the swimming pool is absolutely the best place to be. The kids loved it so much they would happily stay from morning until night!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the market town of Jiangyan Town. The location is easier to find. The hotel should have been changed from other hotels to e-sports hotels. It is obvious that it has not been long since it opened. We stayed in a double room, but the bedside did not even have a plug-in board, and the whole room had a bedside table.
