From the moment we checked in until we left, every single staff member was polite, friendly, proactive, and appropriate in their service. The short-haired lady at the front desk, in particular, was incredibly kind and attentive. She proactively offered a complimentary breakfast voucher for my young daughter and gave us extra children's toothbrushes and slippers. When we needed something at night and called the front desk, their response was swift, and they handled issues efficiently. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, surpassing what I'd expect from a hotel in a prefecture-level city. The room maintenance was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and diligent. There wasn't a hint of perfunctory service throughout our stay; everything was thoughtful and heartwarming. We felt incredibly secure and comfortable, and the excellent service truly enhanced our entire trip. I highly recommend staying here!"

"I think this hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is quite reasonable. It's convenient for going out to eat fish or shopping. The standard facilities are perfectly adequate for the price, and even during the holidays, paying just over 500 RMB is still a good deal. I want to especially commend them for not only offering breakfast but also a late-night snack service. This isn't just some perfunctory offering; it's a real spread of various Hanzhong specialties. You could easily skip dinner and just wait for the late-night snack – highly recommended! Also, their beef hotpot is incredibly reasonably priced; you could honestly just eat that hotpot right here at the hotel. The only minor drawback is that they don't have their own parking lot, so every time you want to drive out, you have to inform the front desk, which is a bit of a hassle. Additionally, there aren't many activities for kids; there's a small golf area upstairs, but no swimming pool."

"The staff were super helpful. Can't really compliment the cleaning though. The room was supposed to be cleaned everyday but the floor and the sink were both dirty when I returned at the end of each day. The sink stopper was really weird and it was clearly visible that it was filthy. The location was great, right opposite the high speed rail station but it gets extremely noisy in the late afternoon and evening with blasting music and dancing 'aunties'."

"This hotel was completely higher than my expectations, I booked it temporarily at noon that day. The hotel is just outside the high-speed rail square, it is very convenient to catch the high-speed rail the next day (about 10 minutes from the hotel to the station) Service: The lady at the front desk that night was very polite and would reply to questions intimately Facilities: As shown in the picture, the lobby is very warm. "This Orange Hotel perfectly met my dual needs of traveling with a child for a business trip! The location was superb, close to both the business district and the hospital where I had appointments. The surrounding area was conveniently connected but quiet, so my child slept incredibly soundly at night. The room was clean, the bedding soft, and the pillows were just the right height – after a long day, lying down was instant relaxation. The entire hotel had delightful orange-themed surprises, from the sweet orange-scented toiletries to the orange candies readily available at the front desk, which my child absolutely loved. The Xiao Du smart control system was super convenient; my child could even independently ask it to turn on the TV or adjust the temperature. Breakfast offered a rich variety, balancing nutrition with options like congee, noodles, and fruit, making it easy to feed my child without extra fuss.
