The customer service staff were incredibly kind and approachable, not at all cold or stiff, and patiently answered all my questions. This is the most basic condition for good business. The breakfast was very rich, clean, and hygienic. This is a leisure spot that's highly recommended for a stay."

"The room was quite spacious with excellent natural light and a wide-open view from the window. The desk and seating areas were both generous in size, making it very convenient for placing items or relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The front desk proactively offered children's toothbrushes and slippers, and they were always ready to assist with any request – highly commendable! It's also conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and a night market, both within easy walking distance."

"Room: Service: Excellent! The front desk staff were super enthusiastic and even upgraded our room. My kids absolutely loved the tent room! Facilities: The room was fully equipped with smart controls – just say 'Hello Xiaoke' and you can adjust everything. The toilet even had disposable seat covers, and the shower had multiple settings which was really convenient. The large vanity mirror by the door was fantastic for a last-minute check before heading out. Environment: The hotel is incredibly close to Bijia Mountain, you can even see it from the room. To the left is the water park, and to the right is Bijia Mountain. Great value for money! Cleanliness: I'd give it four stars; there's definitely room for improvement. Also, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great, but I guess that's a common issue with many hotels."

"Facilities: This stay was in a family suite, which is really great for those traveling with elderly parents and children. The two bedrooms are arranged on either side of the entrance, with the main bathroom and shower room in the middle. Each room has its own door, offering excellent privacy. Plus, the smaller room even has its own toilet, which is a really thoughtful touch – the designer put a lot of effort into this! The only minor drawback is that the smaller room doesn't have a window, but it does have an air conditioning vent, so it's not a major issue. Cleanliness: The hotel is relatively new and very clean. Environment: It's super convenient, just a 300-meter walk from two large night markets. It's a bit further from Shiqiaozi Morning Market, but a taxi ride is only 10 RMB, which is acceptable. Service: Since I only stayed one night, I didn't experience much in terms of service, but the front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. One slightly odd thing was the underground parking garage. The entrance was quite narrow, and both the entry and exit were at the same spot, yet there was an unnecessary separate door frame. Novice drivers, especially those with SUVs, should be careful. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would choose to stay here again next time."

"My stay at the Weilan Smart Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the west gate of Bohai University and close to Wanda, making it incredibly convenient for commuting. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bath towels were high-end, disposable. The service was impeccable, with the staff warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every step made me feel right at home. Overall, this stay was an unforgettable experience, and I'll definitely stay here again."

"Booked this for my dad. Driving back in Jinzhou was a great way to experience the local culture. The hotel is a little far from the bustling area, but the quality of Jinjiang Inn is undeniable. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was a great experience!"

"The room was spacious and bright with a great view, and you could even see the ancient pagoda in the distance. On the first floor, there's free hanfu available for trying on, perfect for photo ops. Before check-in, a staff member called to ask about our arrival time and reserved a parking space. They also assigned us a room close to the parking based on our estimated arrival. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions within a 3km radius. There's also free hanfu on the first floor for guests to try on and take pictures. Upon arrival, a parking attendant specifically helped us find a parking spot. Later that night, returning from the spa near midnight, the front desk arranged for the parking attendant to guide us to our car, which we greatly appreciated. A big thank you to both the parking attendant and the kind front desk lady on duty. Our room was very new and fully smart-enabled. We could control the curtains, lights, and TV with the 'Xiaodu' smart assistant. After connecting to the in-room Wi-Fi, we could scan a QR code on the TV screen to cast our devices, which was very convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and we woke up feeling refreshed. I used my Trip.com points to redeem complimentary fruit and a late check-out, and the hotel smoothly arranged both for us."

"This hotel seems to have just opened in June. There were no reviews when I booked, so I was a bit hesitant, worried about the smell of new renovations. However, the hotel photos looked very upscale, and the location was good, so I booked it. The location was easy to find using navigation, right across from Bijia Mountain, making it very convenient to get there. I booked a sea-view room, which had a great view of the ocean. The hotel facilities were good, the decor was luxurious and grand, and I really liked it. The breakfast was excellent, and I had a buffet dinner for 138 yuan per person, which was good value. However, the limited salmon selection seemed unnecessary; the other dishes were decent. Overall, the service was just average. Some staff members were quite good, but others needed improvement in their service awareness, suggesting a lack of training. Nevertheless, it's still a very good hotel, and I would recommend it to friends. For visiting Bijia Mountain, Bijia Mountain Villa is definitely a top choice for a high-end hotel!"
