"We had an incredible stay with our family of 5. The rooms were very big and accommodating, clean and well serviced. The rooms were stunning and the staff were beyond helpful and very caring to our needs. Will definitely return. Liu Liu and Ting Ting were very helpful at reception answering questions and speaking with us in English which was lovely. Highly recommend if visiting Jinzhou."

"The bedding in the room was clean and fresh, with no strange smells, and check-in was convenient and easy. The customer service staff were incredibly kind and approachable, not at all cold or stiff, and patiently answered all my questions. This is the most basic condition for good business. The breakfast was very rich, clean, and hygienic. This is a leisure spot that's highly recommended for a stay."

"The room was quite spacious with excellent natural light and a wide-open view from the window. The desk and seating areas were both generous in size, making it very convenient for placing items or relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The front desk proactively offered children's toothbrushes and slippers, and they were always ready to assist with any request – highly commendable! It's also conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and a night market, both within easy walking distance."

"Facilities: This stay was in a family suite, which is really great for those traveling with elderly parents and children. The two bedrooms are arranged on either side of the entrance, with the main bathroom and shower room in the middle. Each room has its own door, offering excellent privacy. Plus, the smaller room even has its own toilet, which is a really thoughtful touch – the designer put a lot of effort into this! The only minor drawback is that the smaller room doesn't have a window, but it does have an air conditioning vent, so it's not a major issue. Cleanliness: The hotel is relatively new and very clean. Environment: It's super convenient, just a 300-meter walk from two large night markets. It's a bit further from Shiqiaozi Morning Market, but a taxi ride is only 10 RMB, which is acceptable. Service: Since I only stayed one night, I didn't experience much in terms of service, but the front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. One slightly odd thing was the underground parking garage. The entrance was quite narrow, and both the entry and exit were at the same spot, yet there was an unnecessary separate door frame. Novice drivers, especially those with SUVs, should be careful. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would choose to stay here again next time."

"first! Full marks for service go to all the staff, especially the two pretty ladies at the front desk, who were warm and thoughtful! However, other parts of the hotel are indeed more or less insufficient because it has just opened. The first is that the room smells a bit strong, which is inevitable as a new hotel has just opened, but the hotel should take some corresponding measures, such as providing fragrance for customers in need. Currently, the room only relies on a small purifier to relieve physical discomfort; secondly, the refrigerator in the room does not cool but heats, and the yogurt I bought became warm after being left overnight, which is very puzzling; thirdly, the room price is not very different from that of Shenyang New World, but the richness of breakfast categories is quite different. Although the meal standards are different, as a newly opened benchmark hotel in Jinzhou, the quality of breakfast should be appropriately improved. I hope the above reasonable suggestions will be adopted as soon as possible."

"Beautiful and well mentained Hotel with unfortunately super thin-walled rooms. The aircon did not run properly and shut itself off after some minutes but the staff worked on it and after a while it was all warm. The lining and towels were all super cigarette-smelly which we never experienced in that way... it was disgusting. We have a mixed feeling, even with the laundry plus dryer and the english speaking guy at the front desk we probably would not stay again. They stored our bicycles in a storage room."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and effortless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. "This hotel seems to have just opened in June. There were no reviews when I booked, so I was a bit hesitant, worried about the smell of new renovations. However, the hotel photos looked very upscale, and the location was good, so I booked it. The location was easy to find using navigation, right across from Bijia Mountain, making it very convenient to get there. I booked a sea-view room, which had a great view of the ocean. The hotel facilities were good, the decor was luxurious and grand, and I really liked it. The breakfast was excellent, and I had a buffet dinner for 138 yuan per person, which was good value. However, the limited salmon selection seemed unnecessary; the other dishes were decent. Overall, the service was just average. Some staff members were quite good, but others needed improvement in their service awareness, suggesting a lack of training. Nevertheless, it's still a very good hotel, and I would recommend it to friends. For visiting Bijia Mountain, Bijia Mountain Villa is definitely a top choice for a high-end hotel!"
