The Qianna Bianyuan Hotel in Kaifeng is located on the bank of the Song Dynasty Imperial River and is adjacent to the landmark scenic area of Kaifeng - the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. It only takes 5 minutes to walk there. It is about 2 kilometers away from Longting Park, Hanyuan Stele Forest, Kaifeng Prefecture, the Grand Xiangguo Temple, the Memorial Temple of Lord Bao, and the Tianbo Yang Mansion. Meanwhile, snack cuisine is also a major feature of Kaifeng. The gourmet paradises such as the Drum Tower, Xisi, and the Xiaosong City are all within about 3 kilometers from the hotel.
Qianna Bianyuan is another masterpiece of the Qianna Hotel Group. Meanwhile, it is also the first appearance of Qianna in Kaifeng, an ancient capital with eight dynasties. The Qianna Hotel is affiliated with the Qianna Industrial Group. With Chinese-style design as its support, it integrates Chinese elements and Chinese culture into the hotel brand. It puts forward a brand concept that allows guests to find a secluded place in the impetuous city so that they can calm down and have a better sleep. It also combines this with a sales concept that transforms guests' basic needs for accommodation, food, entertainment, etc. into resource sharing and value-added services to satisfy customers. It attaches great importance to service and customer experience, and provides guests with a comfortable hotel stay experience in terms of space, spirit and experience.
Qianna Bianyuan is a hotel with an antique flavor, a strong atmosphere of Chinese classical culture, and a quiet and comfortable environment. It has various types of rooms that can meet the different needs of all kinds of guests. The basic facilities in the guest rooms are complete, and the decoration is warm and comfortable, making it an ideal place for you to stay. At the same time, the hotel is equipped with functional areas such as catering, tea rooms and book bars, and it is an excellent choice for receiving distinguished guests.
"The front desk service was excellent, and I was happy with the room – it was clean and well-equipped. I also loved the hotel's style and its proximity to tourist attractions. However, there's one significant issue: the cafeteria service was absolutely terrible!!! I went for breakfast, saw some raw noodles and a pot, and asked, 'Are these noodles for making?' The service auntie replied, 'It's all self-service!' I then asked, 'So, I make the noodles myself too?' She repeated, 'It's all self-service!' I thought, okay, I'll make them myself. But then, she impatiently asked, 'What are you doing? Do you want noodles?' I said yes, and she very grudgingly came over and started cooking them. I was thinking, I could have just made them myself, I didn't insist *you* do it. After the noodles were cooked, she just scooped them out, put the bowl down, and walked away without even saying 'here you go' or anything. I quickly went to grab it because it was for my child, and I asked, 'Is this sauce spicy?' Without even looking back, she just walked out and yelled, 'Whatever you want, just pour it yourself!' What??? What kind of person is this?? It was so baffling! What an attitude, first thing in the morning, do I owe you money??? I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out, and they were very apologetic, which was good. I genuinely like Qianna Hotel, but this kind of staff member is just incredibly off-putting!!!"
