"This newly opened Hampton by Hilton was a great stay. The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was impeccable. I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom and the incredibly comfortable mattress. The breakfast spread was extensive, and it was a thoughtful touch that they extended breakfast hours until 10:30 AM during the May Day holiday, understanding guests might sleep in. The staff were all very friendly. We mentioned a small request to the manager, and even though they went into a meeting, they didn't forget and made sure a staff member took care of it for us. These small details really show their excellent management and service."

"不誇張的説，是因為看到了這家酒店才決定來的開封。在來之前也仔細研究了酒店的宣傳和大家的評價。其實這個酒店的位子並不是非常適合遊客，因為離主要的景區其實不近。這次來又剛好碰上了端午節和下雨天，打車真的非常不方便。但是酒店的選址在西湖邊，非常安靜且風景很好。這次因為提前聯繫了酒店有紀念日，酒店因此給升級了景觀好的房型並且給做了佈置。酒店的整體服務和設施都挺不錯，但是有幾個小問題，一個是酒店洗澡水温不穩定，第一天很冷第二天又熱了，還有一個是酒店的瓶裝水真的不太好喝，回味是苦的，不知道是不是有客人投訴，第二天所有的水都換成了紙盒包裝，味道是正常了就是一打開就必須喝完有點麻煩。另外雖然入住過程中有一些不愉快的，但是在反映後也得到了良好的反饋和處理，總體瑕不掩瑜。雖然有很多的小缺點，但是畢竟是新酒店，還在磨合期。"
