"Everything excellent about the hotel other than too much solicitation from fitness factory sales reps. The rooms are very specious and clean. Very nice and modern rooms. Breakfast is excellent with abundant choices. Quiet. Fitness equipment everywhere. Right across the only shopping mall in the town, hence convenient. Most important the receptionists are very helpful and confident. Definitely 5 stars."

"Well, how should I put it? This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was terrible. After we parked our car there, a security guard in uniform came over. I asked him what he was doing, and he said, ”Don't worry about me, just move your car.” I said, ”What are you doing here? Or at least show us your work ID.” When I asked the front desk what he was doing, he wouldn't say. I asked if he was working for the hotel, but he wouldn't answer either. He was so arrogant. Well, that's it. I'll never stay at this hotel again."
