The lobby felt very upscale upon entering, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time – highly recommended! Every detail at the hotel was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. It was a truly pleasant stay."

"It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!"

"I searched for many hotels and compared many hotels. I have also stayed in other hotels in Ningxiang. I personally like the room with carpet, and then quiet and don't hear the footsteps in the corridor. After I checked in, this store did not step on my thunder point. Special treasure! This stay completely exceeded expectations, the hotel is in a good location and convenient to travel. The rooms are spacious and bright, cleaned spotlessly, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is very good. From check-in to check-out, the staff fairy and the little brother are warm and courteous, especially intimate, and the communication is particularly smooth. "This hotel feels so homely! The front desk lady sent a very detailed check-in guide in advance, and also thoughtfully prepared mineral water and snacks. The room was clean and tidy, with great lighting. There was a small table and green plants on the balcony. Drinking a cup of coffee in the sun in the morning was so comfortable that I didn't want to go out. I can fully experience the life of the locals. When I came back at night, I found that the washing machine was equipped with laundry detergent, and even the hair dryer was a big brand. The details were so well done that I was really touched~ I will definitely choose this place next time!"

"Everything else was fine, but the front desk was very slow in issuing the invoice and bank slip when I checked out. I reminded them that I needed to catch the high-speed train again, and asked them to issue the bank slip first, and that the invoice could be sent directly via WeChat or email. However, after waiting a long time, they issued the invoice first, and then said the bank slip didn't have a stamp. As a result, I missed my train. The front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the procedures and didn't seem to have received professional training."

The bedding was wonderfully soft, and the mattress was so comfortable that I woke up feeling refreshed, with no back pain at all. The projection screen delivered a fantastic, cinema-like experience.
