"This is our 2nd night booking here in city suites. We extend our stay due to typhoon and change our room from with windows to no windows both rooms are very spacious, clean and beautiful. The hotel smells really good and the staff are very accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay here very convenient and very accessible."

"Had a 16 hour transit in Taoyuan Taipei Airport and chose to leave the airport. From Taoyuan Airport Metro just about 30 minutes ride to Laojie station. This hotel is just outside/next to the entrance of the station. Half eway you can stop at Taoyuan HSR station and walk to Gloria Outlets for shopping. Near the hotel you can also walk to Zhongli Night Market. Its a cheaper option to stay compared to other locations. Entrance is the building on the right of Le Midi Hotel. Look at the picture attached.."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I am just as pleased as I was during my first visit. The overall environment, including the lobby and rooms, is consistently clean, bright, and well-maintained. It is also very convenient to order food delivery.The location is excellent and very close to the airport, which makes traveling highly efficient. However, I must say that the attitude of the front desk staff was just average and rather lacking in smiles, especially the male staff. Since ********* are generally known for being extremely polite and hospitable to tourists, this was a bit surprising and slightly disappointing.Despite the service, the hotel's hardware and location are still highly commendable. I would recommend it for the comfort and convenience, but I hope the front desk can improve their friendliness in the future."

"This hotel is rated five-star, but the rooms feel more like a four-star experience. Comfortable, but lacking a certain luxury. The price would be fair if it were positioned as a four-star hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast; it offered a good variety and tasted delicious, comparable to the Landis Hotel I stayed at the day before. It had more options but no smoked salmon. Pros: Good for an overnight stay near the airport, with a 25-minute bus ride to the terminal. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though the glossy duvet cover and sheets felt a bit low-end. Cons: The room facilities are quite old, probably a 15-year-old renovation. There are no power outlets by the bedside, so you have to use the hotel's slow charging device. Light leaks through the top of the curtains because the tracks aren't overlapped. The bathroom fan doesn't have an off button, but luckily, closing the door mostly blocks the sound. I was in a hurry checking in and out, so I didn't take any photos of the hotel. The picture is of a small fish tank on the hotel restaurant table, which was a nice little surprise."

"The Holiday Inn, located 150 meters from the Sheraton, opened last year and is much newer than the Sheraton. Both hotels are in a rather inconvenient location, with only two convenience stores (a Seven and a Family Mart) nearby. There are no decent restaurants, large supermarkets, or shopping centers – it's practically in the middle of nowhere with no amenities! The air conditioning in my room only blew cold air. Even with the outdoor temperature being low, the display showed 17-18°C, and I woke up feeling cold every night. The breakfast buffet, however, was excellent. It offered a wide variety of delicious food and was the only redeeming quality of my three-day, two-night stay. They offer airport shuttle services daily, but you need to book a day in advance (same-day bookings are rejected)."

"I stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley,here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here."

"The facilities are ample, and the service is excellent. Any issues were resolved promptly, for instance, when the TV malfunctioned, it was taken care of immediately, which is commendable. This business hotel is definitely worth recommending."

"Great location with convenient transportation. The breakfast was incredibly rich, and the ********* breakfast was particularly excellent. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff were super friendly. The only downside was that there was no mineral water provided in the room."
