"Our whole family went on an in-depth tour of Lijiang, and this five-diamond hotel is definitely worth staying at again. The location is convenient, with easy access to all major scenic spots. Online requests were answered promptly, and communication was consistently responsive. The rooms were cozy and clean with excellent soundproofing. The parking lot was well-organized, with plenty of charging spots for new energy vehicles. Kids' clothes could be self-washed and dried, and the gym facilities were well-maintained. We were also able to flexibly adjust our check-out time."

"The environment is great, it's near Lijiang High-speed Railway Station, about a 7-8 minute walk, but the surroundings are very quiet. The facilities are complete; it's a guesthouse run by a lovely 'popo' (a term of endearment for an older woman, often a grandmother or aunt), and they've installed an elevator, which makes going up and down very convenient. The room is spacious, and the window offers a mountain view – definitely great value for money! It's very clean. The service was exceptional; the 'popo' was incredibly kind, she even gave us some fresh plums she'd picked herself. Knowing we had an early 7 AM flight the next day, she woke up at 5 AM to help us with our luggage."

"This was hands down the best experience I've ever had. The room was spotless, and since we booked a family room, they even thoughtfully provided children's slippers. The owner was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastically shared recommendations for local cuisine. To top it all off, they even drove us to the high-speed rail station when we departed!"

"This is the second room I stayed in after checking in, and overall it was good. I really liked the king-size bed, and the hotel paid attention to details in all aspects. There are a few small things worth noting for improvement, though. For example, guests' requests to change rooms due to extreme sensitivity to smoke smell should be respected. Also, I unfortunately witnessed restaurant staff eating food from plates at the counter with chopsticks."

"The room had a projector, and the B&B even had streaming service memberships for binge-watching, which was great! You could see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the room, and it was cleaned very well. The owner was super enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage (even braving the rain to do so, many thanks!). The watermelon was also very sweet, and all the facilities were excellent. The third-floor viewing deck had amazing scenery, with a beautiful blue pool and lovely tables and coffee tables. The view was expansive, perfect for seeing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and made for some fantastic photos."

"Highly recommend!!! The hotel service is excellent, comparable to those under the HUAZHU Hotels Group. The staff are very polite and always greet you. I got an upgraded room type with a view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. They even offered a complimentary afternoon tea. This was the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in during my trip to Lijiang."

"We had a fantastic stay the MountainTrip resort. Even before arrival they helped coordinate a private transfer for us to get to Shangri-La. They picked us up from the airport for free (which is a long drive). We also used their free drive to nearby Baisha. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities (fridge, free drinks, toiletries). The bathrooms were modern. When we arrived late they still offered us their daily tea and drinks. We had breakfast and a couple other meals at the hotel and always found the food delicious and well balanced. Attached a few of their daily menus. The family enjoyed petting and feeding their goats and ponies. They would give us food to feed them. The flowers were beautiful. Our stay will likely be a highlight of our trip to Yunnan. Thank you to the wonderful hotel staff!"

"The location for viewing the snowy mountains is superb; you can truly lie down and watch the 'golden mountains' (sunrise/sunset on snow-capped peaks). The room is also very large with an excellent view. The hotel is very new, exceptionally clean, and the facilities and amenities are high-end. The two small courtyards are meticulously maintained. My child absolutely loved the bathtub, building a 'nest' during the day and enjoying a soak at night. Next to the hotel, there's a cat café where you can pet cats, and the famous 'Hutuwo Farm' which is a popular photo spot. Baisha Old Town is only about a seven to eight-minute walk away. The hotel staff member who assisted us was incredibly enthusiastic and responsible. He provided a fruit platter. On the day we checked out, we needed to store our luggage, and he suggested we just go out and enjoy ourselves, and he would retrieve our bags from the room for us. Seeing that my mother liked succulents, he even gave us a cutting."

"The room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet."
