This five-star guesthouse, nestled at the foot of the snowy mountains, is truly a masterpiece of design. Our room faced the snow-capped peaks directly, though it was a cloudy day during our stay. We felt like VIPs! The owner shared fascinating insights into Naxi culture and even took us on a pleasant private hike around the village. Both breakfast and dinner were quite impressive; the rice noodles and matsutake chicken hotpot were absolutely delicious. The neighboring 'Six Three Restaurant' offers tasty home-style dishes. A delightful surprise was receiving a thoughtful souvenir after we got home. This stone village guesthouse is perfect for families looking for a relaxing and leisurely stay.

Nestled just off the main road at the entrance to Yuhu Village, Baolin Homestay surprisingly keeps a perfect distance from the hustle and bustle. Stepping into the courtyard, you instantly grasp the true meaning of 'tranquility in the midst of noise': outside, you hear the clip-clop of horse hooves and the chatter of tourists, while inside, only the rustling of leaves in the wind and the distant whisper of snow-capped mountains can be heard. Right outside is the village's main street, with cafes and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Turning right leads directly to the path down the mountain and open fields, incredibly convenient for hiking or horse riding. The courtyard layout is particularly delightful. We stayed in a private Loft-style courtyard, with a balcony on the first floor where two rattan chairs offer views of dark grey eaves and a patch of blue sky. The second floor features another small terrace with mountain views. The two levels are independent and offer excellent sound insulation. The room's decor combines raw wood and stone for a rustic feel, the bedding is soft, and the hot water is fast and consistent. The room rate includes a simple dinner for two, and the chef's cooking is excellent – a plate of local cured pork stir-fried with mushrooms, savory and imbued with a wild, earthy flavor; the stir-fried seasonal vegetables were crisp, tender, and sweet, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. Breakfast was plentiful, with hot congee, rice noodles, and side dishes, setting a great mood for the day. The front desk lady is the heart and soul of this place. Meticulous, diligent, and thoughtful, she brought us a warm, sweet dessert soup every evening that warmed us to our fingertips. Her drinks are never perfunctory, whether it's freshly ground coffee or ginger-date milk tea, all made with genuine care. The three little cats are the lively treasures of the courtyard, bringing the whole place to life. Our three days at Baolin were not luxurious, but everything was perfectly arranged; not ostentatious, yet unforgettable. This stone-walled courtyard in Yuhu Village – it will gently embrace you with a warm meal, a comforting drink, and a quiet night.

The room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet.

Couldn't wait to leave a glowing review for Shitoucuo after checking out! My three-day stay at Shitoucuo was absolutely wonderful. On the day we arrived, the staff even upgraded our room. The soaking tub in the room was incredibly comfortable, and on a clear day, you could lie in bed and enjoy the lush greenery all around. Even though it rained for the first two days, Shitoucuo offered a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that kept us fully entertained and made every day feel fulfilling. Shitoucuo is within walking distance to Yuhu Village and the Yuzhu Qingtian scenic spot. Longnv Lake is just a short walk to the left of the entrance, making the location very convenient. The local restaurants recommended by the staff were delicious, and the hotel's own dining options were excellent too. Every staff member was very responsive. Shitoucuo also provides shuttle services to and from the village and various activity locations. While I preferred walking, the staff responsible for the shuttle would always kindly ask if we needed a ride whenever they saw us on the road – their service was proactive and thoughtful. On our third day, my partner suddenly had a stomachache, and a staff member specially brought back the medicine we needed from the city, which was incredibly touching. There's an exclusive shuttle service to Baisha Ancient Town, which is convenient and thoughtful. 2️⃣ The hotel has animals like cats, dogs, rabbits, and piglets 🐖, so you can play with them. 3️⃣ The hotel courtyard is very large, planted with colorful hydrangeas, chrysanthemums, corn, vegetables..., and there's even a Hobbit cabin, perfect for photos. The hotel also provides various styles of beautiful clothes and accessories for guests to use for free, which is very considerate. 4️⃣ The interior features a blend of natural wood and modern minimalist decor, creating a rustic yet upscale feel, and the service is very attentive. 5️⃣ The view from the second-floor cafe is amazing. A hidden gem of a guesthouse right next to Baisha Ancient Town! The overall design is upscale and aesthetically pleasing, and the courtyard lawn is perfect for photos. The direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is absolutely stunning, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It's quiet and peaceful at night. The room details are excellent, with tea provided, and the mini-fridge is stocked with drinks. The service from everyone at the property is superb. This was the most pleasant surprise of our entire Lijiang trip! We even happened to be there during the Torch Festival, which was very lively, and the locals were incredibly welcoming. The guesthouse is right next to Baisha Ancient Town, and parking is convenient for those driving. The distant views of the snow-capped mountains are incredibly therapeutic. The public areas are super photogenic. The room looks exactly like the online pictures. The owner is incredibly kind, warm, and generous; they even offered us fresh local fruit upon arrival. The room was also very clean and tidy, and they even offer two pillow choices – the memory foam pillow was so comfortable. This was the best night's sleep we had from Dali to Lijiang. Highly, highly recommend!

I'd give this place a 6-star rating! 🌟 The environment is absolutely amazing, surrounded by mountains on all sides – it immediately puts you at ease. We booked a wooden cabin, and being able to park right next to it was a huge plus, especially since we were on a road trip with a lot of luggage. The facilities are top-notch, 5-star standard, complete with Dyson amenities and Parma toiletries. We had dinner at the hotel, and the prices were reasonable, the ingredients fresh and delicious. Plus, the beer was complimentary – incredible value for money! The bonfire party started at 8 PM and the atmosphere was fantastic; everyone was dancing and having a great time. At 9:30 PM, there was a butter tea tasting. The tea master was humorous and engaging. I honestly thought I wouldn't like it, but after one sip, I was hooked – it was surprisingly good! The staff were mostly locals, simple, friendly, and very enthusiastic.

Honestly, I rarely post reviews—but this time I really felt like I had to, because this hotel was the highlight of my family trip to Yunnan. From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The ambiance and viewing experience were incredible, making this the most delightful stay of our Lijiang trip. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As we stayed for two nights, the hotel kindly arranged airport transfers, making everything seamless and stress-free. They also provided daily shuttle service to and from Baisha Ancient Town, which was super convenient for exploring and saved us the hassle of driving or finding taxis. Beyond that, the hotel offered immersive Naxi cultural experiences like tea pressing and 'Jiama' woodblock printing, which allowed us to truly delve into local customs and added so much richness and fun to our journey. The staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay. They greeted us cheerfully, patiently recommended local specialty foods and off-the-beaten-path routes, and all their suggestions were incredibly useful. During downtime, they'd even invite guests to gather downstairs for tea and a chat. Their genuine and heartfelt approach made us feel completely at ease and welcome, as if we were visiting our own backyard. Their meticulous care and concern were evident in every interaction, truly making us feel at home. The guest rooms were spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive and well-equipped with everything you could need, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The combination of the unparalleled scenic views and outstanding soft and hard services far exceeded our expectations. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or an immersive Lijiang experience, I highly recommend it. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation on my next visit to Lijiang!

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
