"With a very cheap price for a hotel very closed to the central station, I can’t say any bad word. I booked a cheapest room with breakfast. It is a not luxury, but a small room which has everything and everything works fine. Beds are so soft and comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast is really good. I can’t believe this is a breakfast from a cheap hotel, much much better than many of pricey hotels I’d stayed."

"The staff are friendly, they have a kitchen. When many people cook at the same time. It’s a little crowded. The sign on the wall clearly says that everyone should wash their pots and dishes after cooking. Unfortunately, some guests still leave without cleaning up after themselves. It's inconsiderate and makes the shared kitchen unpleasant for everyone."

"The room accommodated three people with two single beds and an extra bed. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the Helsinki train station. The only drawback is that the room's facilities are comparable to a two-star hotel or inn in China. The bathroom fixtures work but are very old. You'd need to be 178cm tall and on your tiptoes to look out the window. It reminded me of a song called ”Tears Behind Iron Bars.” This was our last hotel of the trip. Since we only stayed one night, it was the worst value for money of the entire journey. This might be due to Helsinki's high prices, but the front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and check-out. If you usually expect a four-star standard or higher, I'd advise caution with this choice."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionist and staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially the male manager—I’m sorry I forgot your name, but thank you so much for your excellent service and assistance. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very strategic location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. "Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards."

"This hotel is perfectly located, very close to the harbour. The Metro Line 4 stop is just 50 metres outside the door. It is immaculately clean, fitted with a complete kitchen set so we could cook our own meals. There is also a free Finnish sauna, which was lovely. The staff are very nice to us, and we had a really pleasant stay. One parcel arrived late after we had already returned to Poland, and they kindly helped to delivery it over to us. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely book this place again when we travel to Finland next time."

"I loved my expierince at home hotel Jugend When I arrived in Helsinki I asked for help to find what team to take I get what I’m told but then got confused as it kept flashing up two names ( which I later learnt that streets have Finish and Swedish names as Swedish is an official launguage? Any I was under the idea that I was miles away as my journey took ages Next day I I was trying to find an art museum Train station I’d got if at was ten mi s walk team goes its own route that takes in a big areas before it gets there so location is actually very good ten mins walk from city centre it’s set in nice are of lots of restaurants and bars The hotel it self is wonderful and quirky My main reason trip was for Co cert which cancelled due to illness of singer if I’m able to make rearranged sat I’d love to go back to this wonderfull hitell Staff are polite friendly and helpful Breakfast and dinner us both very nice and free coffe 24/7 and room is clean and comfortable I’d highly reccomend"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-25 minute walk from the central station. Large shopping malls such as Stockmann, Citymarket, Forum, and Kamppi are also nearby, making it ideal for shopping. The only downside is that the bathroom's ventilation system needs improvement; the air doesn't circulate well, leading to an odor. Additionally, there's no separate shower area, which leaves the floor wet and slippery after a shower. Due to its ideal location and price, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Helsinki."
