AAnonymous UserThere was no staff at the checkin counter and we were struggling outside for 10mins before we found the help button to get to the lobby. When we got in, the receptionist helped us with an early checkin since Trip.com doesn't send you the checkin code. The amenities were great and the room was clean. You would have to get the hair dryer and ironing board from the lift lobby outside the room though.

GGuest UserFantastic location and a very comfortable hotel. Excellent service. My only complaint was having to pay 25 euros to use the sauna during the day so we didn't - think at the price we paid for the room it should have been included, but otherwise perfect. The breakfast options were unbelievable.

GGuest UserLocation, Hotel, room, and breakfast were all quite good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sauna and to the gym. Our stay was good. Warning : don't use the shoes cleaning polishing machine in the lobby it badly scratched my brand new shoes and the staff didn't give a damn about it.

GGuest UserI used it on a solo trip. It was for one person, but I was able to spend comfortably in a room with a very wide 々. It's far from the center, so it takes a little time to return to the hotel during sightseeing, but it's very close to the tram station and I think the transportation is good. There was a street light even at night, and I didn't feel that scared. Also, I'm glad I was able to have a sauna for free!

FFantastic13Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

AAnonymous UserDecent hotel in a good location. Shopping mall attached with some good food options. Breakfast at the hotel was passable. Nothing fancy. To have a kettle in your room you must pay an extra $20 a night. Which we found so odd. We just ended up buying coffee from the mall. The smell that comes from the bathroom was horrendous. Make sure you keep the bathroom door closed

OOrMaryVery nice and welcoming staff! Nice wait staff in the restaurant too. Nice little room. Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups. The location was pretty good, out of the centre but very accessible by tram.

MM I ParamitaWe reached at midnight due to a delay in our flight, and there’s no staff around at all. After finding clues, we found out we had to check in on our own in the machines provided. There could have been better signage to point out this or chat to the travel agencies, especially during hours that there’s no staff around to prevent wasting time. There’s no cleaning given to the rooms on days 1& 2, and cleaning will be done on day 3, so if you stay just for 2 nights? Bummer like ours. However, to our surprise, the trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned, and there’s even blood there! It was a very unpleasant experience for us. It’s one thing not to clean for 2 nights, but at least make sure everything is properly cleaned! We found out on our own also that there’s free storage, but you had to activate it correctly before checking out; otherwise, it would not work. Thankfully, we found out about this on time; otherwise, we would incur charges and hassle to keep our luggage in luggage services elsewhere since we would not be able to keep things inside the room without a card issued by the machine. Again, it’s one thing to do everything automatically, but you must inform customers first on this. Hotel location was great. Not so far from metro and tram station. At midnight, tram was still working from the central station to the hotel side thankfully as metro has closed for the day. I have not tried the metro since tram is more convenient to go to the sightseeing places.

AAlannuoConveniently located, the lobby is spacious and well-decorated – a rare find in Europe. The breakfast was excellent and offered a great variety. The hotel has many rooms, and the hallways can be a bit winding. Our room was clean, with a stylish and minimalist design. There was an issue with the bathtub drain cover, making it impossible to shower while standing inside. Luckily, there was ample space and a drain next to the sink, so we managed to shower there for both nights.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Scandic Helsinki Airport and had a really pleasant experience overall. The location was unbeatable — literally a short walk from the airport terminal, which made it perfect for my early morning flight. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable beds that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the room, and the stylish design gave the space a cozy, Nordic feel. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of options, and it was a great way to fuel up before heading out or heading to the airport. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The overall atmosphere felt calm and relaxed, which was perfect between flights If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be that some rooms feel a bit compact — but for an airport hotel that’s typical and didn’t bother me much. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay right by the airport — especially for short stays or transit days
