"The location of the hotel was great just short walk to old town and ten minutes to train station. Overall cleabliness was good and staf helpfull. At first we were given a room nr 65 which had problems with the smell of moist and mold. There were visible stains on the walls. After appointing to another room we were satisfied during our short stay, thought would have appriciated that we would not have been accomodation into a faulty room in the first hand."

It is regrettable that a customer service agent is less effective than a local receptionist and shows such a bad will. If the hotel itself is satisfactory, this experience with online assistance will be a clue of the teacher."

"Located in the city center of Beaune, with convenient transportation. The toilet is quite new, but the rest of the room is average, smaller and older than expected, with poor sound insulation. I probably won't stay here again next time."
