She has shown an exemplary professionalism, unlike her colleague in the assistance. Working myself in a French hotel group, I know that the history of a reservation on the PMS allows you to check everything. It is regrettable that a customer service agent is less effective than a local receptionist and shows such a bad will. If the hotel itself is satisfactory, this experience with online assistance will be a clue of the teacher."
