"The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the bus station, which is perfect for travelers needing to transfer, like us who did a day trip to Plitvice Lakes – it was very accommodating for our early departures and late returns. The room itself was quite spacious, but there wasn't much surface area to place belongings, especially in the bathroom where there was almost nowhere to put anything, which felt like a waste of space. General cleanliness was acceptable, but the details were lacking. I wiped down the heated towel rail and found a significant amount of black grime. The shower area only had a half-screen without a door, so the shower water completely soaked the bathmat, which was a bit unpleasant. There aren't many amenities in the immediate vicinity, just a few pizza places and bakeries. The first one past the bus station, along the street, had relatively good food."

"One of the most beautiful hotels I have been at for a while - so modern, awesome style and lots of small nice things that make a difference: a fridge, free bottled glass water, free coffee machine with nespresso capsules which are topped up everyday AND a crazy comfy bed … ohand an awesome view from the bed itself! The rooftop pool is great but there are not sun loungers, rather just chairs and stools (to be honest, this is to be expected as the rooftop is not big enough really for loungers - on the plus, towels are included and provided for free)."

"The hotel is about 2 kilometers (a 20-minute walk) from the iconic church. The room itself was great, feeling very 'un-European' in a good way, similar to a nice hotel like Atour back home. The most surprising thing was the fried rice at breakfast! If you've just arrived in Europe, it might not seem like much, but after ten-plus days of Western breakfasts, that fried rice was a godsend. However, the hotel parking was extremely expensive. It was listed as 30 euros on Trip.com, but actually cost 35 euros. It's the most expensive hotel parking I've ever used."

"In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is right in the city center, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Zagreb. You simply turn left out of the hotel entrance and walk straight. There are many historic buildings nearby, making it a great area for a stroll. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the room size is decent, with enough space left after opening two 28-inch suitcases."

"Me and my friend had an amazing stay at your property. Reception staff named ‘Dari’ was very friendly and very helpful on our check in. Room was nice and has a very comfy beds. Breakfast was so delicious, plus very friendly and very accomodating Filipino staffs. Big thanks to the tall guy on the breakfast(sorry we forgot his name) for the excellent service. We will definitely come back."

"First things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly. Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too.
