"Clean compact room that has all but not a hairdryer. Water dispenser just outside room. BF is adequate and kitchen ready to cook a meal when you need them. We were at the high floor and treated to fire works just before midnight 1.1.2025. Short drive to palace compound."

"Strategic location with direct access to the mall! The hotel itself is quite clean, but the parking garage is a bit inconvenient because you have to go all the way to the top. As an alternative, the valet staff found us parking in an outdoor area around the nearby shops."

"I stayed 3 days 2 night with my family. The room quite large, Big swimming pool, good variations of breakfast and also comfortable parking space. However, cleanliness need to be improved especially for linen and corridor area. With the price offered, I think still worth it to be option"

"The parking is limited but free and fast valet service. The room is installed with old model AC and it leaked a bit during my stay. However, the engineering guy came to check and quick mitigation. Overall, the stay was fine, even though the building is old and a bit dirty-dusty."

"The reception area is quite a large area. Nevertheless it should be lighted up from check-in time (if conserving energy was the reason for the lights turned off) as there was not enough natural light getting through. I had thought i arrived at the wrong hotel as it was dark. Otherwise, the ladies at the reception were courteous, friendly and accommodating. Location wise, it was a nice walk through the food night market from the Cirebon train station."
