They lack built-in USB charging ports, which is a standard expectation for modern travelers today. * **Arrival Comfort:** My room was boiling hot upon arrival. A great way to improve the guest experience would be to turn on the air conditioning shortly before check-in so the room is at a comfortable temperature when the guest enters. * **Maintenance Standards:** While it's a new property, the maintenance needs to be managed strictly. Without a high level of attention to detail, the standard of this hotel could easily decline within a few months. **Summary:** It’s a solid choice for a short stay, but updating the tech and focusing on the ”small wins”—like a cool room at check-in—would go a long way in elevating the experience.

The hotel is clean and the service is good. Breakfast was okay. There's a unique afternoon tea. The facilities are decent.

I like stay here because the hotel is very clean and near food market

The reception area is quite a large area. Nevertheless it should be lighted up from check-in time (if conserving energy was the reason for the lights turned off) as there was not enough natural light getting through. I had thought i arrived at the wrong hotel as it was dark. Otherwise, the ladies at the reception were courteous, friendly and accommodating. Location wise, it was a nice walk through the food night market from the Cirebon train station.

The hotel is comfortable to rest, only the door is not very soundproof, so if the sound from the room is clear.... so there is no privacy, it is good that the door is changed to a soundproof.... the location is near the train and Kakau wants to go to our mall You have to go through the train rell first.

There is no bathroom mat so it makes the room muddy, the bath towels are not clean

From the past, I really liked staying here... in the middle of the city but the prices were very friendly. spacious rooms, big beds, spacious restaurants, delicious food, clean, complete 😍 In Cirebon, finding a cheap hotel with complete facilities is difficult. Don't hesitate to stay here the employees are really friendly... oh yes, FYI, there is a coffee shop & the coffee is really delicious... there is a pastry too 👌
