"This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Aomori. It's almost the cheapest price but offers top-notch service. The rooms and bathrooms are very bright and clean, with no odors and plenty of hot water. Each room has a comfortable large wooden table for working or reading, and the street views from the windows are beautiful. It's a typical Japanese business hotel, providing pajamas and extra pillows (various firmnesses and shapes to choose from), as well as a wide variety of conditioner, cotton swabs, vitamin C, and welcome drinks. 🥺❤️ The front desk staff are very polite and can converse fluently in English with foreigners, making the check-in experience excellent. I didn't have a chance to have breakfast this time, but I hope to experience it next time! ^^"

"Right above Aomori Station, this hotel's location is super convenient, with direct access to JR from the lobby. It's often fully booked, so the hot spring is usually quite busy no matter when you go, but they do have real apples in the onsen! There's a hot bath and a slightly cooler one, both very comfortable. The spa, yoga, and dining are mostly extra charges, but there are plenty of activities. The rooms don't have bathtubs, which makes sense since everyone's expected to use the large hot spring. The facilities and equipment are quite new, the bed is very comfortable, and you can see all the best parts of Aomori from your window, including the bay and the bridge."

We were assigned a high-floor room on the 12th floor with a beautiful ocean view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, and the beds were large and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The hotel is well-equipped with excellent hot spring facilities, including both indoor and outdoor baths as well as a sauna — a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Aomori. Hotel breakfast is delicious and many choices. We also appreciated the practical amenities provided. The laundry machines are free to use, with a 30-minute wash cycle. The dryer costs only 100 yen for 20 minutes, which is very convenient for longer stays. The room also features a large, modern TV, and the hair dryer provided is a premium Refa brand, which was a nice touch. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay with great onsen facilities and thoughtful amenities. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Aomori."

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Aomori Station and isn't on the main commercial street, but it's just around the corner from it. It's very close to Hirota Shrine, almost directly across the street. As soon as you enter the hotel, you're greeted by the scent of apples. There are apple models on display on the first floor, and the elevators are decorated with various apple illustrations and names. The breakfast selection is quite limited. While there are a few local specialties, the overall variety of dishes is too small. The scallop meat was very tiny and shredded, not whole pieces, putting it on par with the breakfast offerings at budget chain hotels."

"Quiet. Nice staff. Loved having a free water bottle as a gift for not wanting my room to be cleaned every day. Really good location and Lawson on 1F. Key card is the cutest I have ever seen! (Window lower frame could do with some cleaning though and it is a pity window cannot be open to have some fresh air when it is cool outside - beats the sustainable logic behind less cleaning - same goes for the new cup and toothbrush everyday)"

"Excellent location first and there is a Lawson nearby which is nice to buy some necessities. One thing I dun like is the size of the room. As my team has three ppl and we are only allocated small room which is difficult to unpack the luggage"

"A small, simple room that's fine for one night, with all the necessary amenities. It's 15 minutes from the train station. I didn't pay attention when booking, but it was a smoking room; upon arrival, there was an unpleasant smell of tobacco, and even the clean sheets and bath towel still smelled of tobacco."

"Excellent location, only 1 minute from the bus station. Staff was very helpful by checking in and out, but the English language was not the best. Amenities were missing, but after asking they provided some extras. Big minus, from two sets of washing and drying machines, only one set was working and that was a really big issue. We enjoyed delicious Japanese food every day. The problem arose on the last day during breakfast. About 10 minutes before the 9 AM closing time, my mother, trying to be considerate of the restaurant staff, poured her remaining coffee into a paper cup, intending for our family of four to clear our dishes and leave. At that moment, an old man, leaning with both hands on the kitchen counter, loudly shouted something unintelligible at us. Our entire family was startled, confused, and didn't understand what he was saying. As foreigners who don't speak Japanese, we couldn't comprehend him. After hearing him repeatedly shout loudly, we guessed we should pour the coffee back into the cup and left. Other guests were present, and this experience was the worst, ruining our family's impression of Japan. Shortly after, we tried to ask the old man about it, but he pretended not to understand English and avoided conversation, retreating into the kitchen. If there's a communication barrier, they should use a friendly translation app or clearly guide guests with actions instead of a kitchen staff member standing like a king with arms outstretched, shouting. Also, it was uncomfortable to have restaurant staff constantly watching how many plates people took, probably because individual dishes were served one by one. It's been a while since our trip ended, but that incident still pops into my mind. My family also talks about it. I hope they don't ruin tourists' enjoyable trips with rigid and inappropriate behavior. We felt disrespected as foreigners. I briefly explained this to the front desk using a translator, and a female staff member repeatedly offered polite apologies. Due to our departure schedule, we couldn't speak with the old man again or receive an apology, which is probably why we won't be returning to Japan."
