We were assigned a high-floor room on the 12th floor with a beautiful ocean view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, and the beds were large and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The hotel is well-equipped with excellent hot spring facilities, including both indoor and outdoor baths as well as a sauna — a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Aomori. Hotel breakfast is delicious and many choices. We also appreciated the practical amenities provided. The laundry machines are free to use, with a 30-minute wash cycle. The dryer costs only 100 yen for 20 minutes, which is very convenient for longer stays. The room also features a large, modern TV, and the hair dryer provided is a premium Refa brand, which was a nice touch. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay with great onsen facilities and thoughtful amenities. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Aomori.

Staff are friendly. Rooms are true to pictures as shown in booking page. I managed to get here with their city bus before picking up a rental car. There's a tonkatsu place just across the street. Convenient spot to settle in.

It's about an 8-minute walk from Aomori Station to the hotel, which is located in a building. The front desk isn't on the ground floor; you need to take an elevator up. The room is indeed quite small; a 28-inch suitcase can barely be opened. If you don't have high expectations for room conditions, this place is worth considering, and the price is relatively good value for money. They also offer complimentary facial cleanser, makeup remover, and face cream at the front desk, which is a nice touch!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from Aomori Station. Unfortunately, there was a lot of snow on the roads, making it difficult to drag my luggage into the hotel. Just one more street over are the Apple Factory and Nebuta House. It's a shame I couldn't visit Hirosaki due to the snow causing train cancellations.

It feels like the hotel isn't interested in pleasing guests; they're clearly cutting corners everywhere. The room is old and dated. The double bed was tiny, only 1.3 meters wide, and the mattress was terrible – saggy, unsupportive, and hard. The duvet was also a bit thin. Even the bathroom amenities felt budget-friendly. And the tissues on the desk ran out after just a few pulls? Honestly, it's pretty speechless... The only plus was the breakfast staff, who were very proactive and enthusiastic, and the breakfast selection was quite varied.

A little earlier than usual, I arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m. I'm parking in the parking lot, and the staff have already come out and carry my luggage. I was able to enjoy a fantastic day. Not only the rooms you guided me Dinner was almost the best I've ever experienced. The hot springs were also satisfactory. Unfortunately, it snowed too much and I was a little bit limited to look around. After looking around for a while, the surrounding environment also formed a hot spring street, which was worth taking a walk. However, there are a little distances to restaurants and convenience stores, so please refer to it. So if you don't arrive late, I recommend dinner. I wasn’t expecting that much with this price, but surprisingly good hotel with this price. They serve free beef bowl at night and 550 yen breakfast buffet was very nice. They got some curry and chicken dishes and it was very tasty. Night view was nice and there is Machinaka-Onsen nearby so i strongly recommend to visit there. Room and toilet was very small and very old but it was not that bad. After all i was surprisingly satisfied with this hotel, and i wanna visit there again if i go to Aomori again. 5/5.

The hotel's location is quite good, within walking distance of Aomori Station. It's fairly decent for the price; the room was a bit small and dated, but still clean and comfortable. The free breakfast included was really good, plentiful and delicious. I'd likely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Aomori!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. The Hakkoda Ropeway was canceled, and we were planning to take a public bus to Sukayu Onsen ourselves. When the staff learned of our plans, they proactively arranged a shuttle bus for us. We also found out about a snow hiking tour at Sukayu Onsen on Xiaohongshu and decided last minute to join it. A special thanks to the front desk attendant, OMA SAN, who helped us communicate with the hiking tour guide, allowing us to successfully join the tour and avoid any regrets on this trip.
