"When I think of TABUNG HAJI, I think of this hotel. Both of my stays have been here. The tidiness is excellent. The meal is absolutely delicious. I brought nine members of my family, including two disabled parents. Customer service was top-notch. My sincere appreciation goes out to Mrs. Norsiah and the rest of the hotel staff for the wonderful dinner they served us. Please keep up the excellent work, RAIA Kuching Hotel. Without a doubt, I will return. Stay at RAIA and no other hotel!"

"Generally comfortable except the folding door a bit malfunction. Easy access for OKU. Price worthy for such strategic location. Requires only 3 mins walking distance to BMC Kuching. And there is a kopitiam and 7-11 beside the boutique hotel as well."

"I stayed here for a few nights and had a generally acceptable experience. The room itself was a bit old and dated. However, looking past the dated decor, the overall stay was okay. The room was kept clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and all the basic amenities worked without any major issues. The staff were friendly, and the location was quite convenient. If you are looking for a modern, luxury experience, this might not be the place for you. But if you just need a functional, reasonably priced place to crash for a couple of days, it gets the job done. It's nothing fancy, but overall ok."

"Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering good value for money. The hotel is convenient located near the airport and connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and essential. Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety of options, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there was a blackout during my stay that lasted more than 30 minutes, and it appeared that there was no backup generator available. Fortunately, it occurred in the early morning when there was some natural light. It would have been more challenging if it had happened at night. This is an area the hotel need to look into. Overall, still a comfortable stay, but improvements in this aspect would enhance the experience further."

"Hotel location is great. First night when we arrived, we were assigned with a connecting room and the AC noise was unbearable even after it was turned off. After we requested for changing the room, the staff gave us a different room where the AC was normal. The shower room cleanliness needs to be improved, a lot of water stains but if you’re not picky, it’s not that obvious. River view room is definitely the best but I’d say the city view is not bad either. For pool access you need to go to the Putri wing, it’s not in Astana wing."

"While the room wasn't huge, it had all the essential amenities and the location was excellent. There were plenty of dining options nearby, making it super convenient for both getting around and eating out. The only downside was the inconsistent hot water supply; it wasn't hot enough and quickly turned cold, which really impacted my shower experience. I hope they can improve their hot water system."

Walking distance to Main Bazaar, India Street… our first day we walked to Ceylonese restaurant our favourite restaurant which is just a short 8 minutes walk away! Very safe and secured location Very centrally located walking distance to museums, shopping, food etc Amazing food and drinks in hotel even their in room dining is amazing!😆😆😆 DO Splurge on their Club rooms or suites - worth every penny you spent! Amazing amazing views!!!!
