I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Dormani. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really liked the layout and the cozy atmosphere, which made it perfect for resting after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and all the in-room amenities were complete and convenient. The hotel facilities were also well-equipped and properly maintained. Everything was easily accessible, and the overall environment was welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Kuching. Highly recommended!

Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect. Overall, Little House made my trip unforgettable. This was my second time staying here. I booked again because it's quite affordable, and I thought it might be one of the few places in this price range with an elevator. Last time, there were some mold stains or possibly mold on the sheets, but this time, I didn't notice any mold stains. The bath towels still have a slight musty smell (like they weren't dried properly). While there are a few minor issues if you look closely, considering the price, it's still a great option. The free washing machine and dryer are appealing, but the dryer isn't very efficient; clothes dry better if air-dried in the room. I also tried the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. It wasn't very busy, which made it a relaxing experience. It's open from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

A charming hotel with a good location. It's moderately worn out: cracked plaster, cabinet handles falling off... The bedside lamps are a design masterpiece: they hang over the bed in such a way that if you turn them on, the light shines directly into your eyes. And if you're tall, watch your head. The hotel states in its rules that it doesn't accept small children – despite this, there's a bunch of joyfully screaming babies in the pool under the windows of the annex rooms. The public areas are excellent. They're interestingly designed and pleasant to be in. The girls at the front desk are sweet and friendly. Overall, it's not bad, but in this price range, there are more worthy hotels in the city.

1. Hard to contact. I tried to call, WhatsApp, email. No response at all or left on read. We just want to know if its possible to drop off bag before check out. I know it's not compulsory service, that's why we want to ask just incase. But since we can't reach them, we can't plan our itinerary properly. After arrive, finally they answer our call and told us we cant drop off our luggage. So we had to wait at nearest cafe from 10am-2pm. If we know we cant drop off bag early, we might rent a car for that day. Then, even at 2pm, we still had hard time to contact them. 2. Usually all details to self check in will be given before check in time. But we had to contact them first for them to give the passcode. Again we stranded outside hotel just waiting but just for few minutes. Even we met other guest who standing infront of hotel at 4-5pm something and ask us how to get the passcode. If that person just waiting until midnight, does the hotel gonna wait too? If you cant be reachable, at least be proactive before check in time. 3. Sound of shower from other room is bearable. But the smell of smoke??? What kind of ventilation system is that I can smell smoke from other room? Since my room doesn't have window, yeah I'm just having hard time to breath while awake and while sudden wake up during sleep.

Location was great and checkin was easy. Good value for money for the location but the room was extremely small for 2 people and luggage. We were there for 5 nights and the towels weren't changed. The bathroom window wouldn't close and the showerhead was on its last legs. The toilet was also very uncomfortable to use as it was positioned right Infront of the glass screen. There is no laundry onsite as advertised (I also messaged to check there was before we arrived) When we asked we got told to go to the launderette about 5 mins walk away. There are also cats roaming around in the main reception area and lounge areas, not an issue for us as it was kept clean but if someone had allergies I feel that this should be too told in advance.

Location is good However I was being assigned to a top floor room even though there are many available rooms downstairs. Wifi was very weak in the room have to go out to the walkway to get connected Room has no TV Guess for that price can't expect much. Location is very close to Chinatown with many eateries

My flight got delayed and arrived late, arrived at 11pm. trip.com said 24hour check-in actually not. So I am unable to check in,I have tried to call the hotel several times and no one pick up and I have to booked another hotel and no refund are given.

The place is very strategic in the town area. You can just walk to Oriental Cafe to eat and to the other cafe will take about 10-20 mins walk. The night view from the room is pretty too. Will come back soon.
