"The hotel look new and clean, the room and bathroom is spacious for a boutique hotel and with smart tv in the room, coway water dispenser at every floor, but the room amenities (i.e. shower gel and toothbrush) need improvement and better to bring your own. There is a paid parking area, payment calculated by hour with no maximum charges. The room and hotel itself is good value of money but the main issue is the sound insulation, you may heard clearly every single conversation of next door."

"The room was clean and smelled nice. Although it was basic, I was satisfied with my stay. The toilet smelled good, and the king-sized bed was huge. All the toiletries were provided. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms are not soundproof at all. I could even hear the person in the next room snoring. 😅"

"Walking distance to foodcourt at night. Nearby the foodcourt is selling local durians on a lorry. Cheap and tasty durians. The photo shows is a very delicious food stall in this coffee shop. Famous in 鱼头炉. We ordered 鱼肉炉. We'll go back for it again if we go Muar again."

"Very poor soundproofing, can hear all the sounds clearly, people's talking and walking outside, car passing ... Should improve pests control in the room, I was bitten by bedbugs. Design, decorations and landscape of the hotel are good, they have little farm with cats, rabbits, goose etc. kids will love this"
