"Extremely satisfied. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and parking was easy. It's also easy to find food around this area. I always stay here with my child. The staff are also very kind and friendly."

"We reached the hotel at night, it was a long journey. The receptionist (a man) who greet us that night was very pleasant. However the receptionist during check out need to work on customer service and be more helpful. Anyway this is how i would say about the hotel: 1) Location wise is right in the middle of the town, if u stay here and hunt for food then its perfect walking distance. 2) Parking - they do have a parking space and its free but it is across the road. 3) The room - it is pretty much very very small. no proper space to actually pray. so u have to squeeze in everything to pray. i wish they have a bit more space for this. - the room is very basic, for me is just good to have a night rest. 4) OOTD? pretty much yes for those who loves OOTD"

"The room was clean and smelled nice. Although it was basic, I was satisfied with my stay. The toilet smelled good, and the king-sized bed was huge. All the toiletries were provided. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms are not soundproof at all. I could even hear the person in the next room snoring. 😅"

"I stayed at Royal room, facing the river. The view is very magnificient and serene. The room very spacious. Hope to have carpet in the room. Toiletries not much.. only bath towel. No hand towel. A Royal room should include more. The breakfasts can be improved more...varieties are very important. I have porridge today with limited condiments, no fried anchovies, no salted egg, no grated ginger and spring onions which I believed the basics for a very delicious porridge. The lift sounds a bit weird. Best thing is when I was informed that this is the only hotel at Muar with Halal certificate for the food.👍."

"The hotel look new and clean, the room and bathroom is spacious for a boutique hotel and with smart tv in the room, coway water dispenser at every floor, but the room amenities (i.e. shower gel and toothbrush) need improvement and better to bring your own. There is a paid parking area, payment calculated by hour with no maximum charges. The room and hotel itself is good value of money but the main issue is the sound insulation, you may heard clearly every single conversation of next door."

"Walking distance to foodcourt at night. Nearby the foodcourt is selling local durians on a lorry. Cheap and tasty durians. The photo shows is a very delicious food stall in this coffee shop. Famous in 鱼头炉. We ordered 鱼肉炉. We'll go back for it again if we go Muar again."

"The room I stayed is at level 1. Japanese style room, ceiling is low, floor is squeeky, bed is hard and can feel the spring. Wall is very thin. Can hear the lift going up and down,doors of other rooms close and open. Water tap shower tap running noises from other rooms. It felt like a shoe box and we felt very uneasy. Not recommended to bring baby for this stay, woke up many times by loud noises. And not advisable for ppl who dislike small spaces. I paid the same price and had a better room. This ‘Japanese’ style room is just a fancy word for ‘cheap small things mattress room’. Not worth it. The receptionist said that it’s the room type and must mention that you want European style instead. I told him who knows the description and room pictures are so deceiving. Honestly hated the stay. Couldn’t sleep the entire night. Can’t wait to check out first thing in the morning."

"Although the hotel is small, it's comfortable and offers free parking. There are also a few restaurants (independently managed by third parties) on-site. It's actually within walking distance to the city center, which is very convenient."
