"I used to book this hotel whenever it comes to business trip, as the location is near to places I wanna go and the hotel is clean. Cannot stand with hotel that comes with bad hygiene. This hotel is good."

"There were large gaps in the windows, making the room as noisy as being outside. I managed to improve the situation slightly by stuffing some paper in them. The bed was short; my feet hung off at 186cm tall. The overhead shower's control was broken, but I fixed it with a toothbrush from the amenity kit. You might also have trouble with the toilet flush. Just remove the tank lid and adjust the guiding rod under the flush button. Breakfast is only for those who aren't picky at all. I asked for an omelet, and they made it without a problem, but it might be undercooked. The location is convenient. If you're considering staying in Sandakan, keep in mind that the drive to the airport will take at least 30 minutes. It's fine for a couple of days."

"Great place to stay for a last minute book or short trip for me. The room is bigger, 1 king bed and 1 single bed. With the affordable price and bigger room was very berbaloilah ✅ just the room, lift and hall way perlu di beri wangian sebab ada sedikit bau yang kurang menyenangkan. I have to spray a lot of perfume in our room. The room and toilet are clean. Glad the bed does not make my skin itchy that means they changed the mattress. Just the pillow case has a little bit of stain. Btw, it is a nice place to stay I recommend it just for a short trip."

"The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast is quite varied. The surroundings are beautiful. However, there were some unexplained noises at times. Also, the packed breakfast seemed insufficient; we only received three for three rooms, which wasn't enough for all the guests."

"It's a very peaceful hotel and thank god that the karaoke lounge next door closed down for good. No more noisy music at night. Ample of public car parks that considered safe & peaceful. However must improve room amenities such as tighten the shower head that with leakage."

"The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. I also really enjoyed the environment of the resort. The peaceful jungle atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made the stay even more memorable. The food at the restaurant was also good, with satisfying meals and a nice dining experience. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Sepilok."

"While the room was clean and had all of necessary amenities, it is in need of some updates as the hotel room felt dated. Location was right at the start of the Heritage Trail. Highly recommend when booking to go for the higher level rooms."

"It's not far from RDC and the Orangutan Conservation Center. The sanitation is good, the environment is nice and quiet, and the front desk service is good. One thing to note is that it's not so easy to get a taxi from there to the city. I waited for 20 minutes before I got one."

"Appreciate if an extra side table or chair can be provided on bed side to place bottle drink, hand phone & spectacle. Extra charge for additional pillow is not welcomed at all. No shampoo or washing liquid (only bath foam provided)! Overall, can not say stay experience is pleasant & enjoyable; only good point is availability of various eateries around."

"A friendly clean hotel in a good location in the town centre. The staff were very helpful. They offered laundry and help with booking any trips. However, it is advertised that a simple breakfast is included with a picture of some hard boiled eggs, bread, bananas and spreads. When we went to have our first breakfast, there was nothing apart from 2 loaves of bread and a few spreads (butter/fruit jams to choose from) so we were pretty disappointed. This needs to be updated as it is misleading."
