The room was beautiful, spacious and spotless, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was luxurious yet relaxing. Every little detail was well taken care of. Definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish. Would love to come back again!"

I checked it and discovered the fridge wasn't plugged in, and there was even a half-empty cup of lemonade hidden behind it! I immediately reported this to the front desk, and they promptly arranged a new room for us. So, my overall experience was good. 👌🏻"

"The staff provided excellent service and spoke very politely—kudos to them! The location is fantastic. However, the room was a bit cramped. The pillowcases had multiple holes, and what made me particularly unhappy was the towel. Is it really a towel, or am I mistaken? Why were all four edges so frayed and tattered, and yet it was still given to a guest? Why would such a towel be offered for customer use? Thank you very much."

"The hotel is located in walking distance from Songkhla old town/night market, and refurbished out of an ancient if not heritage building. It showcases the beauty of Thai Chinese interior design: every single display item brings back lots of nostalgia from the good old rosy days. The only drawback is the sound insulation as I could hear the convo from my fellow visitors next doors during my stay and also the sounds from outside (cat meows and roosters singing). Luckily i had my ear plugs so still managed to sleep. It seems the rooms on ground floor are nicer than those at second floor."

"There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when I arrived, had to go to the front desk to ask for it. The showerhead leaked, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. It’s really just cheap in price, but you get what you pay for."

"Great location, soft bed, and good air conditioning. Downstairs, there's a corner shop selling snacks and drinks, which is very convenient for guests. However, the bathroom is a bit old, and the shower is a fixed faucet on the wall that can't be adjusted. The water was barely warm, almost cold. In my room, the bidet spray was on the left (which was odd) and it was leaking from the connection, making the floor constantly wet. The room lighting might not have been bright enough either."

"This is an older hotel, but it is very well maintained and everything is in good condition. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay."
