"A very beautiful hotel. There's a balcony on the second floor. Breakfast was sparse for us, as we don't eat sweets or bread. The room smelled pleasant, as if someone had used a freshener. It has everything you need, it's clean, and it feels like you're visiting your family in their mansion for the holidays. I liked the front door; it feels like the front door of a house, not a hotel. The hotel grounds are beautiful and clean, as if you were in Europe. The girl at reception spoke good English and helped us with breakfast and check-in."

"On the last day before going, I went down to the pool at 10 am and was told it was being cleaned but unfortunately I couldn't go in. I wish it was cleaned at different times. I hadn't gone in the evening before that thinking I would go to the swimming pool in the morning before going but that wasn't the case. The food, room and view were nice."

"An excellent hotel. We stayed there in early May 2026. We had a large, newly renovated family room. The room was warm and clean. The bathroom was also in excellent condition. The room had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. While we were researching, we were concerned about reviews about the rooms being cold and noisy, but during our stay, everything was fine. There are several places to eat and drink coffee downstairs. This hotel is definitely a good one!"

In the winter, there's smog all around the city, and the hotel HVAC isn't good enough to tackle it. Keep in mind, fellow allergics. Staff: nice. Trip.com support: fantastic."

Secondly, the service was truly exceptional. The front desk staff, particularly [Mr. Wang / Ms. Li], was incredibly warm and attentive. As we arrived early, they thoughtfully arranged an early check-in for us. During check-in, they also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and local dining options, and patiently answered all our questions. Most importantly, the room amenities were a delightful surprise. The room looked exactly like the promotional photos, being spotlessly clean and tidy. The mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and consistent. Thoughtful touches like [the complimentary minibar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly elevated the overall quality of our stay."
