"Breakfast: Very good, simple and healthy, appropriate food to start a day. Room: Clean and Organized, FYI: heater and aircon of the room is operated by the front desk so make sure to check it they turn it on otherwise, like me, im freezing for 2 hours when i asked them why my room is cold 😅. Staffs: they are all nice and accommodating. Just ask them anything if you need something to know. AND its a BIG PLUS they know how to convo in English! BRAVO! what i like is there is a kitchenette and coffee machine and electric kettle. I just hope that they will have a free cleaning in the room in a minimum stay or a broom and dustpan in the room. Because I stay for a week so 1 week no sweeping the floor all i can do is wipe the floor with tissue. or the towel they provide. I COMMEND one guy(bald white) sorry for my description, 😅he is really attentive to serve the breakfast. Great service! Keep it up appart city!"

"Pros: The location is excellent. Situated between the old town and the modern shopping district. There is a supermarket right opposite and De Brouckere metro station entrance right beside it. The room meant for 4 adults is spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Apartment is very clean. Cons: We stayed in early June where the weather was cooling so the Aircon was not functioning which is acceptable BUT we had to leave the windows open and the road downstairs was extremely noisy and eventful throughout the night. The kitchen was well equipped but it would be good to provide bigger bowls."

"Check-in is from 4pm. It was written at the entrance that the gate code for the entrance would be sent by email, but it had not been sent. There were several people who didn't know how to get in like me, and one of them ended up calling the hotel. Then a staff member came out and we were able to get in. The explanation and system for how to get in are sloppy. The reviews said that the rooms were moldy and dirty, but the rooms were clean and there were towels, so there was nothing in particular."

"The location of the apartment is very good, the block is quiet and safe. Very new, tasteful decoration, practical and elegant room layout, very large bathroom, kitchen, air-conditioning is quiet. There is a common kitchen on the zero floor, exquisite dessert snacks, great. If you have large suitcases, please be careful to book the upstairs housing, there is no elevator. I hope that communication will be quick and solve the doubts, and it may not be as desired. The whole process is online and telephone communication, and the door opening of each space needs to be carried out online. Please improve: the bathroom sink is very slow, the top light flickers, the bedside lamp is broken, and the clean quilt cover has unclean marks."

"This room in a European city center was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast, at 17.5 euros per person, offered a fantastic spread including ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bread, tea, and scrambled eggs – all very fresh, allowing for a leisurely start to the day. The reception area is small and shares space with the restaurant, but check-in was quick. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in at 2 PM. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk also provides complimentary tea and candies, plus a self-service vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location is superb, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance, and the area feels very safe. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, so I brought my own trash bags to collect rubbish, which I could then dispose of in the large refuse room on the ground floor. There's also a spacious restroom on the ground floor, which was convenient for changing clothes and sorting out luggage before checking in."

"Conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. However, if you're staying in the summer, be sure to avoid rooms facing the square. It's too hot without opening the window, but if you do, the crowds partying in the square and the garbage trucks will make it impossible to sleep."

"I highly recommend this small hotel in Brussels. And I would like to thank Monique, the receptionist, for her homely welcome and efficiency. She is a perfect hospitality expert and a nice personality. The place is impeccably clean: the linen, towels, bathroom, public areas. There is a nice catering area and a pretty small yard. The location is very convenient. I am definitely going to stay at this hotel on my future visits."

"Good hotel. The room I booked was equipped with a table, dishes, and nice furniture. The bathroom, floors, and walls were a bit dated, and perhaps needed updating, but it was still nice. When I got to my room, I had to reset the TV, which had no channels."

"This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions. We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever. Thankfully, some other hotel guests happened to arrive and kindly let us into the hallway. We tried calling the emergency number provided, but it only offered an automated message saying replies would take up to 24 hours—by which time we would already have left. We couldn’t access our room key until another guest, using her own instructions and code, managed to open the key safe and retrieve our key for us. Absolute nightmare. The room itself was ok—equipped with a fridge, some basic glassware, and a small TV. However, there was no coffee provided, so we had to purchase our own. Only two small bath towels were provided."

"This is a decent serviced apartment, close to the MRT station and bus station, with a small supermarket across the street. Transportation and shopping are quite convenient. Since it's a serviced apartment, there's no receptionist at the apartment. Upon arrival, you have to take a bus to a separate check-in location, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, the apartment charges are reasonable."
