"The location is just a 6-8 minute walk from the subway station, which is very convenient and quiet. There is a supermarket within 2 minutes, and it is also very convenient to take the Zermatt train. The room is large and has a terrace. The room is well lit, and the bathroom is very spacious and clean. There is an indoor heated pool and sauna. The breakfast is also very rich, with more than 10 kinds of cheese. I highly recommend it. There is also a kitchen in the room, which is very convenient."

"The service was quite frustrating. There was no hot water or heating, and when I reported it to the staff, they told me it was Sunday and that's normal in Zermatt, and they couldn't guarantee it would be fixed. What's worse, their attitude was very arrogant. However, the location is indeed excellent. It's very close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk, and there's a Denner supermarket right next door, which is convenient for shopping. Check-in is at the hotel across the street, so make sure you don't go to the wrong place. They also give you a password for a luggage room, so you can store your bags after check-out. Oh, and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable! At first, I thought maybe all sofa beds in Switzerland were like that, but then I slept very well on a sofa bed in Bern and realized it was just the one at this Zermatt place that was so bad. The middle section for your waist was suspended, not flat, making it impossible to sleep comfortably."

"Less than ten minutes walk from Zermatt Station, you will pass the supermarket and garbage recycling station along the way. "It was the best enough for two nights. The room is clean, of course, and I think it has everything you need, such as an oven, a dishwasher, tableware, a refrigerator, and a laundry drying rack. Even if the temperature outside in the morning is less than 10 degrees Celsius, the room is warm, so you can sleep with short sleeves and short pants! It was a room on the first floor, but I saw a batch limatter horn. I enjoyed the scenery while picking up the sweets I bought at the supermarket on the veranda and had a really happy time. There were some difficult points about the timing of city tax payments and detailed house rules, but there may be a language barrier on this side. I never had the timing to meet the owner, but I was relieved that he replied as soon as I emailed him that I didn't understand. There is a space to leave your luggage after check-out, so I enjoyed sightseeing in Zermatt until the end. I want to stay again next time!"
