The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and they can arrange transfers for guests. The facilities are excellent, with most being complimentary. Rooms are spotless, feature balconies, and we were very pleased with the overall ambiance. The hotel service was also commendable. A special mention goes to the on-site Restaurant Peakfine; the food was delicious, and the staff there were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I came to Zermatt during an in-depth tour of Switzerland, which is the best hotel in this line! The location is very easy to find. As soon as you get out of the train station, you can see a public bus with a battery. After getting off the bus, you can walk tens of meters through the supermarket. I love the layout of the garden lawn at first sight! The grandmother at the front desk is very nice and tells you clearly about the hotel. The rooms are large and furnished very comfortably, with a wide view from the window. The room also has a kitchen, most of the cooking tools are complete. Rich breakfast and comfortable environment! Stayed here for two nights, and friends of all sizes are unanimously praised! In particular, the host family of the hotel is very nice and friendly! I will definitely stay here again next time I have the opportunity!

The stay would be ideal if the room included a fan, as it can feel a bit stuffy while sleeping during the summer. The location is convenient, and the kids' club, spa, and pool offer plenty of fun for the children.

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.

Overall, it is very convenient to be separated from the train station by a road. Go to the lively area to eat. The subway is three to four stops away. 🏨 I chose a triple room, just stayed in 😂 and gave us a barrier-free room (and the feeling of a domestic nursing home, the wall has yellow liquid rolling down, the bedside has a red block decisively contacted the front desk to change the room, and the room was slightly smaller!
