Zermatt Hotels with Pools

There’s definitely a reason for the high ratings!! Among all the hotels in Switzerland, this was the friendliest, most modern, and had a great location—it was the best. All the staff were kind and nice. You could see the sky from the room, and it was so cozy. You could also see the Golden Horn directly from the room. All in all, everything was great. I recommend it.

We stayed 3 nights… Fantastic view of the Matterhorn…. Staff are amazing and very welcoming… location was perfect…. Close to the train station. We will definitely come back to this hotel again!!!  5/5

The location is excellent, very close to Zermatt station, and having a supermarket nearby was incredibly convenient. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was well-equipped with a fridge and a hairdryer, with ample space to spread out our luggage. Breakfast was delicious, setting us up for a great start to the day. They even have a jacuzzi – I really regretted not bringing a swimsuit! As it was raining, we made good use of their transfer service to the station, and we were so pleased with their friendly and accommodating welcome.

Next to the station, but need to carry your luggage to the hotel. After check-out, you will be taken to the station by car. The hotel has an uphill ladder to go. Choose the most general room type, the price is 30,000 Taiwan dollars a night, not too big, the 2 suitcases are a bit crowded, it can be seen that there are restaurants in the era, there are traces of years. There is a big bar on the first floor of the hotel. The facilities have gym, swimming pool, warm water jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, facilities are calibrated at 21:00, but it is closed at 20:20. Ask the service staff and only give the refusal of the hands...very dumbfounded! I walked a day of cold outside, wanted to relax and rest, but I couldn't use it!

It is our honeymoon trip here, hotel decorated the room for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful, and we check out at 6:00am, hotel given us two breakfast set to take away😊😊, thank you so much!! Location just a few minutes away from the train station. The Room has a little kitchen, and can see the Matterhorn view.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Mirabeau Etoile, Zermatt! 5 stars service. Breakfast is plentiful choices. Room is clean and the bed is so comfy.. will definitely go back again when revisit.

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

This hotel in Zermatt is definitely a surprise on the trip. Our group of three made an appointment in early October, because the Swiss price was higher, and the underground triple room was originally booked. I didn't expect the front desk to upgrade the room for us and upgrade to the second floor! Not only is the view very good, the balcony is intuitive to Matterhorn (I didn't see it on the day due to the weather, I saw it after checking out the next day), but the sofa bed has also been laid out and the service is in place. Less than ten minutes walk from the town, there is a supermarket along the way to meet the supply. Breakfast is rich and everything is great! There are hot springs outdoors and indoors. I often see people soaking. Every room in the hotel provides hot spring supplies. It is recommended to stay. Try to choose a regular price room, because the view is really a plus, leaving a good memory for a lifetime.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips. The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!
