"Facilities: The room wasn't huge, but the view was amazing, with a balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. It was cold at night, but the heating worked well. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Service: The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the service was very good. Check-in was also very smooth."

"This is like an apartment of other Hotel, there is no reception on this hotel. You have to get everything from the other hotel next to it. this is Swiss Wooden Hotel, so simple and nice. It is not like hotel in the city. My room is big enough for 3. Just have a small table to eat but we mange it. Shower is ok but it is too tall for my mom (she is 5ft 4 ) to climb in. She is old so she needs to sit 1st and climb in. there is left but still need to walk a bit stair with your luggage......... You can ask the reception in the other hotel for hot water, hair dryer."

"The location was excellent, just near Zermatt Bahnhof and easily accessible from most places. The room came with a balcony overlooking the mountains, offering a stunning view — we even watched black neck sheep while enjoying our dinner and coffee. The stay was comfortable overall, though note that no amenities like toothbrushes or shavers were provided. Breakfast offered a decent spread of continental options with limited hot food, but the croissants were especially commendable."

"I stayed for one night on my honeymoon, but what in the world I was so embarrassed by how they decorated it🫣 I was so touched! The weather was good, so the Matterhorn view was really good, just like in the picture I saw the night view and the Golden Horn, so I had a fulfilling day! The room facilities were spacious and clean, so it was good, (I think the bathroom is important, so the bathroom is in good condition) I recommend it if you want to see the Horn view (the downside is that it's uphill while dragging a carrier.. You have to work hard for the view)"

"It's a little far from Shermatt Station, but the Japanese Bridge is very close by. The weather was good, so we were able to see the Matterhorn's morning glow from there. I had included breakfast, but since I was heading to Gornergrat first thing in the morning, I asked about the venue before breakfast time, and they gave me bread and coffee and also arranged for me to take it out. The staff were friendly and I had a great time."

"Haha, they even helped set up our honeymoon room, which was so cute! They also arranged a relatively high-floor room for us as requested in the notes, which was more private. On a clear day, you can even see the Matterhorn from there. The room is quite spacious, and the balcony is very comfortable. If it's not too cold, having a drink out there with the mountain view would be lovely. The breakfast buffet has a good variety, including bread, salami, tea, coffee, and juice. The taste is pretty good too."

"Hands down, this was one of my absolute favorite places during my trip to Switzerland. Highly recommend if you're visiting Zermatt! Definitely make sure to book a room with a Matterhorn view. The breakfast was generally good, though it could have used a bit more fresh fruit. Plus, having a microwave and water dispenser in the basement was a great perk that helped us save money on bottled water."

"1. This hotel apartment has no front desk. After 4 pm, it is impossible to manually check-in. The machine can be on the machine. The machine is very slow.
