"I compared many hotels near the Qilou Old Street, and only after reading reviews did I realize that the actual distance wasn't far at all. It's less than a 5-minute taxi ride to the Qilou Old Street and Yundong Library, and it's not located on a main street or in a busy area, making it quiet and comfortable. Hotels near the Qilou Old Street that are on the main street are extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The butler service was warm and friendly, and luggage storage was very convenient. The location is perfect for getting around! They also offered a wide variety of soft drinks. I'll definitely stay here again."

"The room is in a great location, right by the sea. The owner has specially upgraded it. The decoration is very warm and the sanitation is very clean. I walked all the way to the end along the beach in the afternoon. The sunset is really beautiful. Many people come here to camp. It's a pity that I didn't know it, otherwise I would have camped with my friends once. The atmosphere is full. The service is also very good. The housekeeper contacted us in advance, gave us the address, and instructions, and checked in directly online. It was super convenient. It is the most convenient homestay I have ever stayed in. However, the underground parking lot is charged, but it was not actually charged in the end. The gate seemed to be blown down by the typhoon. The communication with the housekeeper was very smooth, and I especially thanked her for introducing us to many places to eat. There are many convenience stores downstairs, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and pet shops. They are very friendly to people like us who go out with dogs. I like it so much. I will stay here again next time I come."

"This time, we planned a trip around the island with the kids. Our first stop was Haikou, where we stayed overnight. After considering many places, we finally chose this apartment. The community environment was surprisingly excellent, with lots of greenery, a communal swimming pool, and a children's slide. The room had a river view, and lying on the bay window enjoying the scenery was wonderful. The room had a washing machine, kitchen, and refrigerator, and was quite spacious. The TV could even be projected onto the screen. We could see the Century Bridge right outside, and the shops on both sides of the community sold coconuts. The Qilou Old Street and the Clock Tower are about 3 kilometers apart, but the Yundong Library is within walking distance, and the Hainan University Night Market is just across the river. Qilou Old Street has many restaurants, making dining very convenient. It's also not far from the Hainan Provincial Museum, but the museum itself doesn't have much to offer, and the experience was just average. Children under 10 aren't allowed in the Yundong Library, so we didn't specifically go there to watch the sunset. I just hope they can improve the cleanliness. When we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned yet, and after we checked in, it felt like the sheets and towels hadn't been changed."

"Good large room that is similar style to a Studio Apartment. Has a good open feel to it. Has a kitchen area however has no cooking utensils or items other then some cups and a kettle which suited my needs. There are many snack foods, restaurants and shopping places across the road at the Yuanda Shopping Center. There is a washing machine and laundry liquid is provided. Very handy indeed. And the smart toilet is an interesting experience. You will see. Access is from behind the front of the building facing main Road. Walk to the back area then enter the lobby and take lift up to the 10th Floor and find Bella smart hotel office down the corridor. The staff in that apartment made into an office, will check your booking credentials and ID and give you your room card. Easy. And the gentleman was very friendly even when we where using the translation APP as my Chinese isn't so good. NOTE: Only certain lifts go to the higher floors and sometimes may have a little wait for it to arrive. Cleaning staff are also friendly and always offered more water even if I didn't need them to clean the room. Close to convention and Exhibition Center as well. Walking distance about 15 mins away."

"The apartment is on the top floor of the building, the 17th floor, and there's no sign. It's probably a guesthouse. The space is okay; there's a long staircase right at the entrance. I booked two double beds. The fan was heavily dusty, and the furniture inside was also dusty. The smart home system isn't very advanced; the controls are quite confusing. The decor is average. Most of the TVs are pay-per-view; there are few free ones, and they're not very interesting. The advantage is its proximity to Tianjie (a shopping mall), allowing for easy shopping anytime, and the area downstairs has a lively food and beverage market. There's no dedicated parking."
