GGongshangThe concierge was incredibly knowledgeable about Haikou! While he was helping me get a taxi, we chatted, and he recommended I go to the Cloud Library to watch the sunrise, which was only a 15-minute taxi ride away. Afterwards, I explored the Qilou Old Street, rented a bike, and cycled around taking photos ā it was a fantastic experience. When I returned, the doorman greeted me from afar and held the door open. The whole experience was great, and lying in my sea-view room watching Century Bridge was so relaxing.

AAnonymous UserI chose the State Guest House for my trip to Haikou to see ONER's concert. It really exceeded my expectations! Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean and conveniently located just a short drive from the airport. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, the Haikou State Guest House offered several different types of pillows that perfectly suited my sleeping habits. My room faced the sea and was quiet, and the curtains were excellent at blocking out light. It was a wonderful surprise to have all three of my personal needs met. Most importantly, the hotel was incredibly thoughtful; they provided ONER merchandise and even offered a shuttle service to and from the concert, which saved me the hassle of driving and finding parking. It was incredibly convenient! It was also great to chat with fellow fans on the shuttle after the concert.

LluciferfingThanks to Jenny, our room was upgraded to one with a balcony facing the sea directly from the bed. Our stay was quite pleasant and satisfying. The hotel's location is also great, very close to Century Bridge, Hainan University, and the snack street at the south gate of Hainan University. It's also not far from popular spots like Qilou Old Street and Yunlong. The complimentary travel photoshoot was a wonderful bonus; we got some lovely family photos. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 5-minute drive from Xinhai Port and the duty-free shop, and boasts complete facilities including a swimming pool, hot springs, and a beach.
Our butler, Fiona, contacted us a day in advance to ask if we had any special requests. She thoughtfully prepared children's toiletries and even set up the beds for us ā truly dedicated! During our stay, she also provided fresh fruit and, to our delight, a cake for a birthday celebration. Such attention to detail! She also proactively helped us with our luggage whenever we returned. A big thank you to all the hotel staff who assisted us.
The room faces east with a fantastic sea view, allowing us to enjoy the sunrise in the morning.
Breakfast opens at 6:30 AM, which is very convenient for guests catching early ferries. It's incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and they even have kid-friendly utensils. The food flavors are also well-suited for children. Their yogurt bar, with various fruit flavors that you can serve yourself, was a particular hit with the kids.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Very complete. There's an indoor pool with both a cold and a hot plunge pool, plus changing rooms and showers, which is super convenient and very clean. Environment: Vientiane City is nearby with lots of great food options. Room service can deliver takeout right to your room, which is a thoughtful and attentive concierge service. The hotel also offers turndown service, and the guest relations staff member was very sweet and attentive ā I loved her! For breakfast, we were guided to our seats and they even helped make coffee.

The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, taking great care of us. I'd especially like to commend Rebecca and Justin from the front office department. They truly reminded me of Hilton's consistently high service standards, delivering service that exceeded expectations even though the hotel was very busy these past two days due to a Latin dance competition. I will definitely choose Hilton again for my next stay. I highly recommend Hilton Haikou Greentown; it's the top choice for families with children.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and friendly, and check-in was super efficient; there was no long wait, and they thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. The moment I walked into the room, I felt at ease. The entire place was spotless ā not a speck of dust or stain on the floor, desk, or vanity. The bedding was crisp, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and cozy, making for a truly comfortable rest. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the hot water was consistent and plentiful. All the toiletries were well-stocked. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or outside, which meant I could get a solid night's sleep after a busy day. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting a taxi, dining out, or running errands. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly, and the stable internet speed made working a breeze. When I had a small request mid-stay, housekeeping responded quickly and the staff patiently helped resolve the issue. Compared to other hotels in the area, the value for money is outstanding, with no hidden fees. I'll definitely book here again for future business trips to this area and highly recommend it as a top choice for business travelers.

The room is spacious and bright, with good lighting and comfortable bedding. The sanitation is first-class, and there will be a special person to clean every day. I have never dreamed of going there again, and I have the idea of āāāāretiring and living here forever! There is such a beautiful place in the world! Love it, love it! Will definitely go again and relive the dream!
What is particularly worth mentioning is that while we were in the hotel, we encountered Typhoon Capricorn, the largest typhoon in history. The hotel staff repeatedly warned us to pay attention to safety. The leader of the local tourism bureau (Deputy Director Cai Fuxiong) also mobilized me to move to the city center many times. And before the typhoon came, he drove my family of three to a hotel in the city center in the wind and rain. Special thanks! I think it was thanks to Deputy Director Cai, otherwise the consequences would be serious. I originally booked five nights, but only stayed for two. It was not enough! Looking forward to seeing you again!
