QQingshouzhuCheck-in was a breeze! The front desk agent swiftly handled everything while explaining the hotel's amenities, all within two minutes. She even proactively asked about my invoice details. When I extended my stay the next day, the staff member on duty quickly processed it, updating my key card without needing me to re-verify anything. Check-out was just as smooth; the bill was clear, and my invoice was already prepared. I simply handed over my card and left. They even asked about my stay experience, which was a nice touch.

GGuest UserI originally chose this hotel because it was 'about to become a Fairmont,' and even though the sign outside no longer says that, my overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hardware was particularly surprising: the hotel extensively uses carpeting, both in the rooms and public areas. Knowing that maintaining carpets in a high-humidity, high-salinity coastal area is extremely difficult (most seaside hotels opt for wood or tile floors – I still remember the indescribable smell at The Royal Begonia, a Luxury Collection Resort, Sanya), the carpet condition in my room this stay was excellent. It's clear they put a lot of effort into maintenance, especially for a hotel that's already nearly 20 years old (or even older?). Check-in was seamless (I didn't catch the name of the kind lady who helped me). There was also a follow-up call to the room after I settled in, which very few hotels do. While the hotel's pool isn't huge, it's very well-designed, encircling the garden with both deep and shallow areas. Seating is well-spaced out (unlike the packed rows at Sheraton, for instance), offering a genuine resort feel where guests can relax without disturbing each other. Swimming and sunbathing there were very pleasant. From the pool, you can walk out to the seaside boardwalk, which leads all the way down to Wuyuanhe National Wetland Park. It's perfect for an evening stroll or a morning workout. Coming back from a run along the beach in the morning and then soaking in the hot spring really brings on that holiday vibe. Even though it hasn't become a Fairmont yet, the hospitality lives up to the 'Royal Service' mentioned on the phone. Thank you for the hospitality, and special thanks to Megan for her thoughtful touch. For someone who loves carpets and a resort atmosphere, this is a place in Haikou worth relaxing at, and I'd definitely want to come back again.

LluciferfingThanks to Jenny, our room was upgraded to one with a balcony facing the sea directly from the bed. Our stay was quite pleasant and satisfying. The hotel's location is also great, very close to Century Bridge, Hainan University, and the snack street at the south gate of Hainan University. It's also not far from popular spots like Qilou Old Street and Yunlong. The complimentary travel photoshoot was a wonderful bonus; we got some lovely family photos. Highly recommend!

A special mention goes to the team at the Langham Club on Level 42 and the bar on Level 43. In particular, Amber was exceptionally hospitable throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to accommodate my special requests and ensure I felt well taken care of. I am also incredibly grateful to Kevin, the intern at Level 1, who was an absolute lifesaver. He assisted me with my Taobao parcels, helped with my luggage, and even helped me make restaurant reservations when I was unable to do so without a local phone number. His willingness to help and positive attitude made a significant difference to my stay. So grateful to meet these friends during my stay in Langham Haikou. The genuine hospitality and attentiveness shown by the team truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Thank you all for making my stay such a memorable one.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Marriott Haikou was incredibly pleasant and relaxing, perfect for a vacation getaway. The hotel is built right by the sea, and the ocean view from our balcony was stunning. The beach across the road is also super close, just a 5-minute walk, with soft sand and clear water – our kids absolutely loved it! The pool was fantastic too, and the room had excellent soundproofing, plus it was incredibly spacious, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The staff were all very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The delivery robot, Noah, made frequent appearances, which was super convenient for ordering food. A special shout-out to our butler, Michelle, who proactively added us on WeChat before our arrival. Communication throughout our stay was seamless; she was always patient and thorough in answering our questions and incredibly prompt in her responses. She also kept us informed about hotel activities, which was great. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the dinner buffet was definitely a highlight, covering almost every type of cuisine imaginable. Overall, our family had a fantastic experience and unanimously gave it high praise.

The air conditioning is remarkably quiet, even surpassing many higher-end five-star hotels—it's simply superb! The hotel's location on Binhai Avenue offers convenient access to transportation. The room included several useful packages, and the breakfast selection was very rich. The guest relations staff member was incredibly thoughtful, having adjusted the room temperature to the most comfortable setting even before check-in. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for leisure.

The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, taking great care of us. I'd especially like to commend Rebecca and Justin from the front office department. They truly reminded me of Hilton's consistently high service standards, delivering service that exceeded expectations even though the hotel was very busy these past two days due to a Latin dance competition. I will definitely choose Hilton again for my next stay. I highly recommend Hilton Haikou Greentown; it's the top choice for families with children.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and friendly, and check-in was super efficient; there was no long wait, and they thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. The moment I walked into the room, I felt at ease. The entire place was spotless – not a speck of dust or stain on the floor, desk, or vanity. The bedding was crisp, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and cozy, making for a truly comfortable rest. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the hot water was consistent and plentiful. All the toiletries were well-stocked. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or outside, which meant I could get a solid night's sleep after a busy day. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting a taxi, dining out, or running errands. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly, and the stable internet speed made working a breeze. When I had a small request mid-stay, housekeeping responded quickly and the staff patiently helped resolve the issue. Compared to other hotels in the area, the value for money is outstanding, with no hidden fees. I'll definitely book here again for future business trips to this area and highly recommend it as a top choice for business travelers.

The room is spacious and bright, with good lighting and comfortable bedding. The sanitation is first-class, and there will be a special person to clean every day. The service is considerate, and the staff will take the initiative to ask about needs. The price is reasonable and great value for money.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is very close to the sea. You can hear the sound of the waves in the room. When you lie on the bed, you can see the swimming pool, coconut trees, and the beach. I especially like the hot spring swimming pool here. I don't want to leave. I have lived here since 2002. It was very ”aristocratic” back then. Now there are more hotels on the west coast and fewer people here, which is exactly the advantage here. It is very quiet. You can be in a daze here and think about problems. There is no cafeteria here. It is perfect to go to the nearby Fushan Cafe for breakfast, and go to the nearby Sheraton for afternoon tea in the afternoon. Before and after dinner, walk along the wave line outside the hotel to the Sheraton. It's not that you can't afford to stay at the Sheraton, but it's more cost-effective to watch the sea, listen to the sea and touch the sea here.
