Haikou Beach Hotels

The room was indeed very spacious and felt large, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, so even on cloudy and rainy days, the room wasn't dim. The kids really liked the room's decor, which was bright and modern. The service at both the front desk and the executive lounge was great, and the staff were very proactive. The toiletries in the room smelled particularly good; I'll definitely buy a couple of bottles to take home next time I have the chance.

This hotel deserves a full five-star recommendation! The hygiene is absolutely impeccable; from the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless. The bedding is pristine white and soft, and the bathroom gleams like new – you can tell they pay great attention to disinfection even in the smallest details. The location is excellent, offering a tranquil escape amidst the city's hustle and bustle, with fantastic views from the window. The common areas are stylishly designed, quiet, and comfortable. The service is truly a highlight; everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties is genuinely friendly and incredibly responsive. Any requests I had were promptly met, making me feel truly at home. A special shout-out to Mr. Daidefu, the expert experience officer, who was exceptionally hospitable and welcoming. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit this city!

Landed in Haikou, and this was our first night in Hainan. The welcoming staff member was very polite and actively helped us with our luggage. Check-in was on the 43rd floor, in the clouds – and I have to say, the elevator was incredibly fast. The driver told us the location is in Haikou's busiest downtown area, right across from MixC Mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. The room was spacious with a pleasant view outside the window. The decor was British palace style, with full-length mirrors everywhere, perfect for girls to take OOTD photos. There was also a bathtub in the room, but we didn't use it. The pool was open until 10 PM, so we quickly went to experience it after 9. The water temperature was just right, and there was a lifeguard on duty the whole time. The only thing was that underwater visibility was a bit low at night. There was also a small sauna room. Overall, I really liked it and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

🌻 I stayed at the Marriott Hotel for my vacation in Haikou. A butler proactively contacted me before check-in, and the check-in process was smooth upon arrival, with the staff introducing the hotel's services. The hotel's location is excellent, with a beach nearby and adjacent to the convention center. It's about 3 kilometers from the duty-free city, with a fixed shuttle service daily. 🌻 My room was on the 7th floor of the West Wing's executive level. The room was spacious, facing the sea with a balcony, offering panoramic views of the hotel. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, with stable water pressure and temperature, making for a comfortable shower experience. Toiletries were complete and of good quality. The 8-foot king bed ensured a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was good, and supplies were replenished promptly. Some of the electrical outlets in the room were a bit old. 🌻 The lobby is on the 3rd floor, and breakfast is served at the Western restaurant on the 1st floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The food variety was rich and delicious, featuring local delicacies and catering to international guests' tastes. The restaurant also provided baby cutlery. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants offer full-course meals. 🌻 The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including children's and adult swimming pools, and a natural hot spring. During the summer holiday, there were many children and various activities. Guests on the executive floor can enjoy executive benefits, such as afternoon tea from 2 PM to 5 PM at the executive lounge on the 8th floor, light snacks from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, and drinks served until 10 PM after dinner.

Perhaps because I'd heard so many negative things about Hilton before, this stay at the Hilton Haikou far exceeded my expectations. So much so that we ended up buying the buffet dinner directly at the hotel and even went for drinks at the bar. The check-in process was incredibly fast, and the lobby staff provided a seamless transition from the moment we stepped out of the car until we were escorted to the elevator, with three or four different employees involved. The service from the WeChat butler, housekeeping, restaurant, bar, and gym was all excellent. It really feels like this Hilton is very well-trained. The bedding was fantastic, comparable to what I've experienced at JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton, especially the down pillows – I was so pleased I wanted to buy some for home after sleeping on them.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a family trip, especially with kids! They have a fantastic outdoor water park for children, and if it's too sunny, there's an indoor 'Coconut Baby Club'. The hotel has direct access to the beach, so after dinner, you can take a lovely stroll along the shore. What truly made our stay memorable was seeing the beautiful sunset right from the hotel – it was so special! A big thank you to our butler, Joan, for all the thoughtful recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Overall, my stay was very satisfying, and I especially want to commend Teachers Yue Liang, Xing Xing, and Xi Gua for the amazing kids' activities. We participated in four parent-child programs in total, and all three teachers were consistently enthusiastic, friendly, and incredibly patient. They guided the children with gentleness and attention to detail, were great at encouraging the little ones, and made the interactions very engaging. My child was fully immersed and had a wonderful time, even talking about it long after we left. The abundant parent-child activities are a huge bonus for this hotel; you can tell the staff put a lot of effort into planning them. The room was clean and well-equipped, making it perfect for families traveling with children. It was a fantastic holiday experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Haikou. I highly recommend it to families with kids!

Facilities: Spotlessly clean and uniquely designed, featuring a balcony with beautiful bay views. Changying Global 100 Fantawild Wonderland (First Entry Ticket): The park is a bit far, but if you have some free time, it's worth checking out. The overall environment was pleasant. I went during the off-peak season, which made the price very reasonable. Definitely recommended.

The facilities in the room are very old. It takes 20 minutes to get hot water, and it's not very hot. The air conditioner in the room has no heating function. It's quite cold at night, especially after taking a shower. I covered the quilt with two layers of blankets to keep warm at night. The bathroom is very small. The bed is also hard and not very comfortable. But the view from the balcony is amazing. I stayed there for one night and did exercise and read on the balcony in the morning. It was a great experience.

This stay was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, close to Xiuying Port. The community environment is beautiful, with lots of greenery. The receptionist was quick to process the check-in and provided excellent service. The upgrade to a sea view room offered a stunning nighttime view. It was great value for money!
