MM255643****We brought our kids to Haikou to check out schools and booked a night last minute. It definitely lives up to its 4.9-star rating! Compared to other hotels in the same class in Haikou, everything here is spot on. Not only were we upgraded to a better room type, but the air purifier was already on before we arrived, and the aroma was lovely. I really liked it! 🥰 Especially Hainan, one of the staff members, who called us right after check-in to add breakfast for the extra child in our group. It was a really thoughtful gesture.
The greeters in the lobby on the first floor were all so polite. I've seen people help open car doors, but this was the first time someone adjusted the car seat for us! I really applaud that level of service awareness. 👍
It's truly a hotel that makes you want to come back again!

BBellawmxThis hotel is relatively new and can be considered one of the best quality hotels in Haikou. The room facilities are all automated, and the front desk proactively upgraded our room to the eleventh floor. It's super convenient that the gym is on the same floor; it was really easy to go for a workout after dinner. The equipment is comprehensive, high-end, and they even have a Pilates reformer. It's also quite close to Wuluyuan and the Cloud Library. Overall, it's pretty good!

The hotel is very well-maintained, with beautiful garden landscaping and a wide variety of hot springs, which are relatively clean. GGuest UserStepping onto the balcony, you're greeted by a stunning 'jellyfish sea' – the ocean view is absolutely breathtaking! The breakfast offers a delightful mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with a mountain of Hainanese noodles doused in flavorful sauce, a local specialty. You can also enjoy freshly squeezed juices. The room is incredibly spacious with panoramic sea views from every angle. The Chinese New Year activities were really fun too. Our butler, Serena, contacted us in advance and even upgraded our room. She was so attentive and enthusiastic during our stay. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance!

AAshunerUndoubtedly, five stars are well-deserved! The lady at the front desk who handled our check-in was exceptionally graceful and charming, with a gentle voice and clear articulation. She truly embodied the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. During our friendly conversation, she even upgraded our room, a gesture that really highlighted the mutual appreciation between quality service and a quality guest! The room’s ambiance beautifully showcased a French-inspired style, and the view from the window was breathtakingly expansive, with endless golf course greenery. The bedding was comfortable and soft against the skin, and the lighting design was very pleasant, allowing me to fall asleep instantly and have an amazing night's rest. I woke up with a refreshed complexion and full of energy, as if my metabolism had been boosted! I hope this hotel continues to uphold its original values and maintain its high quality. I will definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserOverall, the experience was fantastic! The Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel serves really good food. The pool and beach right outside are perfect for kids. Our butler, Rebecca, was incredibly thoughtful and made sure everything we needed was promptly arranged. She was super nice!

The room also had a dehumidifier running constantly, so there were no unpleasant odors whatsoever. From the hardware facilities to the soft furnishings, you can really tell the hotel puts a lot of thought into everything. Excellent value for money!
