Spa Hotels in Haikou

This was my second stay at Z奢 in Haikou, and the hotel staff were as welcoming as ever. From helping with table reservations, luggage assistance, arranging for forgotten items to be sent back, to complimentary souvenirs, and the children's center's attention to kids – you can really feel the vacation and family-friendly hotel atmosphere. Oh, and the roujiamo at breakfast was delicious! A big thank you to Lina, Wang Nan, and Hailey for their excellent care.

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with brand-new, smart facilities. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The pool was the cherry on top, and there's also a large dog-walking garden that's absolutely stunning at sunset.

The environment and hygiene are both excellent. Our room had a super large balcony. We arrived quite late, and there was only one lady at the front desk, but her service was still thoughtful, detailed, and comprehensive. She meticulously informed us about all the included amenities like parking and breakfast, and even helped us extend our check-out time for the next day. We were super satisfied with the service! The kids loved the bunk beds, and the room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Of course, the shower pressure wasn't particularly strong. The breakfast was decent. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Haikou.

The day before our stay, the hotel called to confirm and assigned us a butler, which was a fantastic service. Our check-in experience was great, the room had breathtaking views, and the facilities were complete. The room was clean, and room service was very responsive to all our requests. The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, and a kids' club, which even included an arcade game. Our kids had a blast! The pool was also very clean and had lovely views, perfect for a vacation. The hotel's service was truly impeccable, they even provided welcome fruits. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and when my child wanted an orange, they freshly cut one for them. The children's breakfast policy is also very thoughtful; it's based on age, not height, recognizing that every child is different and some truly don't eat much. Kids under 12 eat for free, which is a big plus!

Flying into Haikou for a layover or an early flight? This is the hotel for you! Vienna International (Meilan Airport branch) truly has 'stress-free' in its DNA. Upon landing at T1/T2, just call the hotel and a car will pick you up. They offer 24-hour free airport shuttle service – how amazing is that?! For departures, there's a shuttle every half hour. Just book in advance, and you won't have to rush; you can sleep in without worrying about missing your flight. Right behind the hotel is a street full of local snacks! Tunchang vanilla duck, Xiangou beef, tropical fruit stalls... You don't have to go far to try all the local specialties, so you won't go hungry even if you arrive late at night 🍍 They have a buffet breakfast, free laundry room, gym, and a children's play area – fully equipped! In the lobby, there's even self-service coffee and partridge tea. The front desk staff, Xiaoyun and Xiaojin, provided excellent and friendly service, making me feel right at home. They recommended the intangible cultural heritage 'Lao Ba Cha' (traditional dim sum breakfast) on the third floor, which was indeed delicious. Qilou Old Street was also a great place to explore. The public areas were well-maintained and very clean, and the guest room hygiene was impeccable, with no strange smells or neglected corners.

This is my third time visiting Mission Hills this year, and Manager Mary not only had our room ready for us in advance but also upgraded our room type. Staying here is always as comforting as ever; the hot springs and pools are both great fun! I'll definitely come again next time!

Atmosphere: The lobby is grand and elegant, with luxurious and high-end decor. The views are absolutely stunning, and the public areas are clean and quiet. Hygiene: The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in the corners, no odors in the bathroom, and clean, soft bedding. Service: The staff were warm, polite, and responsive, offering thoughtful assistance without being intrusive. They made me feel right at home and were proactive in offering help. Room: The room was spacious, soundproofed excellent, with a comfortable mattress, quality amenities, and plenty of natural light. Dining: The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with fresh ingredients and delicious made-to-order options, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes.

🌻 I stayed at the Marriott Hotel for my vacation in Haikou. A butler proactively contacted me before check-in, and the check-in process was smooth upon arrival, with the staff introducing the hotel's services. The hotel's location is excellent, with a beach nearby and adjacent to the convention center. It's about 3 kilometers from the duty-free city, with a fixed shuttle service daily. 🌻 My room was on the 7th floor of the West Wing's executive level. The room was spacious, facing the sea with a balcony, offering panoramic views of the hotel. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, with stable water pressure and temperature, making for a comfortable shower experience. Toiletries were complete and of good quality. The 8-foot king bed ensured a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was good, and supplies were replenished promptly. Some of the electrical outlets in the room were a bit old. 🌻 The lobby is on the 3rd floor, and breakfast is served at the Western restaurant on the 1st floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The food variety was rich and delicious, featuring local delicacies and catering to international guests' tastes. The restaurant also provided baby cutlery. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants offer full-course meals. 🌻 The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including children's and adult swimming pools, and a natural hot spring. During the summer holiday, there were many children and various activities. Guests on the executive floor can enjoy executive benefits, such as afternoon tea from 2 PM to 5 PM at the executive lounge on the 8th floor, light snacks from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, and drinks served until 10 PM after dinner.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying, and I especially want to commend Teachers Yue Liang, Xing Xing, and Xi Gua for the amazing kids' activities. We participated in four parent-child programs in total, and all three teachers were consistently enthusiastic, friendly, and incredibly patient. They guided the children with gentleness and attention to detail, were great at encouraging the little ones, and made the interactions very engaging. My child was fully immersed and had a wonderful time, even talking about it long after we left. The abundant parent-child activities are a huge bonus for this hotel; you can tell the staff put a lot of effort into planning them. The room was clean and well-equipped, making it perfect for families traveling with children. It was a fantastic holiday experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Haikou. I highly recommend it to families with kids!
