Haikou Hotels with Bars

This was my second stay at Z奢 in Haikou, and the hotel staff were as welcoming as ever. From helping with table reservations, luggage assistance, arranging for forgotten items to be sent back, to complimentary souvenirs, and the children's center's attention to kids – you can really feel the vacation and family-friendly hotel atmosphere. Oh, and the roujiamo at breakfast was delicious! A big thank you to Lina, Wang Nan, and Hailey for their excellent care.

The hotel's exterior is modern and grand, with a striking entrance that immediately makes a great first impression. The guest rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and gentle lighting, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The lobby is expansive, featuring marble floors and exquisite chandeliers, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with delicious hot soups and plump shrimp—every bite is satisfying. The open kitchen prepares dishes on the spot with fresh ingredients, and the staff are professional and attentive. The coffee area is well-equipped, offering panoramic city views from the window, perfect for a delightful morning ritual. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations, with quality evident in every detail. Highly recommended!

I chose the State Guest House for my trip to Haikou to see ONER's concert. It really exceeded my expectations! Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean and conveniently located just a short drive from the airport. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, the Haikou State Guest House offered several different types of pillows that perfectly suited my sleeping habits. My room faced the sea and was quiet, and the curtains were excellent at blocking out light. It was a wonderful surprise to have all three of my personal needs met. Most importantly, the hotel was incredibly thoughtful; they provided ONER merchandise and even offered a shuttle service to and from the concert, which saved me the hassle of driving and finding parking. It was incredibly convenient! It was also great to chat with fellow fans on the shuttle after the concert.

Stepping into the room, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows framed the 'private beach' perfectly, like a painting! In the evening, sitting by the window watching the sea, enjoying a cozy moment by the bathtub, with coconut trees, white tents, and beach umbrellas outside. The sound of waves mixed with the evening breeze felt like stepping into a holiday scene from a movie. The old pottery jar was brimming with pink flowers, and tall palm trees provided ample shade. Posing for photos with the sea as a backdrop, my straw hat and green backpack instantly created that 'island vibe' in every shot. The beach was equally stunning: crystal-clear water, soft golden sand, and small fishing boats gently beached. In the distance, a few fishing figures dotted the horizon. Walking barefoot on the sand, watching the clouds drift by, all my worries were swept away by the sea breeze. From the meticulous landscape design and the romantic sea views from the room, to the relaxed beach terrace, this guesthouse truly embodied the 'island dream' in every single detail. Staying here, I finally understood what it means to 'live life poetically and give your holiday back to the sea.' Coming here during my pregnancy, with convenient pick-up and drop-off, was incredibly helpful!

The hotel itself is pretty good and quiet, but the humidity was so high that after sleeping for one night, I woke up with a backache. In the morning, I opened the window a tiny crack, thinking it would air out the room. To my surprise, when I came back, the entire room was covered in water droplets. I was stunned for a long time, not knowing what had happened. I spoke to the front desk, and they moved us to another room, explaining that we couldn't open the windows because we were so close to the sea – not even a tiny crack. They really should have communicated this during check-in, instead of waiting until there was a problem to tell me. Many people aren't aware of the weather conditions in Haikou. And what's more, I was traveling with a child, and the front desk didn't offer a single apology for the incident. Only one young man consistently helped me move my luggage and change rooms; I want to thank him. The staff at the entrance were also excellent; they always helped open car doors and carry luggage!

My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Haikou, truly met international 5-star standards in every aspect. The hotel boasts an excellent location and top-notch facilities. The room layout was well-designed, offering outstanding views, and the dining and recreational amenities were comprehensive. The hotel's family-friendly program is incredibly mature and well-developed. The dedicated kids' club is fully equipped, regularly hosting children's themed activities such as baking, outdoor sports, and engaging educational programs. The rooms even come with a full set of exclusive children's amenities, perfectly catering to families. The service team was professional and meticulous. A big thank you to Winni and Michelle for their warm hospitality during my stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. It's also within walking distance to MixC World, and public transport nearby is very accessible. The front desk staff, Ms. Xiao Xin, was incredibly warm and professional. She even upgraded my room to a spacious and comfortable sea-view king room, where I could enjoy a side sea view. The self-service laundry on the 31st floor was very convenient, making it a top choice for business trips. She also helped me upgrade my room type. When checking out, I forgot my headphones, but I was already almost boarding my flight. They proactively helped me mail them back, which I really appreciate! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I chose the Haikou Marriott for a short stopover this trip, and the overall experience was peaceful and comfortable. The hotel grounds are expansive, surrounded by tropical greenery, and it's a short walk to the beach, perfect for a leisurely evening stroll. The guest rooms are well-maintained, spacious, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The public areas have complete amenities, including hot springs and a swimming pool, great for relaxing after a busy day. Whenever I had questions, Butler Michelle responded patiently and promptly, making communication smooth. The hotel staff are gentle and their service is just right, not overly enthusiastic. It's also convenient for getting to the duty-free city and the West Coast, making it ideal for a short seaside trip. Overall, there was nothing disappointing, and if I come to Haikou again, I'd still be willing to stay here.

The B&B is at the very edge of the village. Because it is newly built and not yet complete, there are no food or supermarkets around. We booked this hotel for a sea view room. It cost over 400 in the off-season, which was not cost-effective. The room had a nice sea view. We lived on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down on the night of check-in, so we had to take the stairs every time. The elevator was still not repaired when we left the hotel the next morning. When we went downstairs at 7 a.m., there was no one at the lobby counter. I called the boss, and someone came after 8 a.m. to deliver soup noodles for breakfast, saying it was a local specialty. The room only included breakfast for two people, and if there were more people, they had to pay an extra 20 yuan per person. It is particularly worth mentioning that there were no stools in the room, so we had to stand to eat. Later, I asked the boss to bring stools into the room. In order to save space, the hotel placed the washbasin next to the bed, which looked okay, but every time I washed my hands, the water made a loud noise, and it was right next to the bed, disturbing the rest of the person sleeping. If you just want to see the sea and don't care about other things, you can stay here. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I still hope that the hotel will become more and more perfect.
