Guest UserI brought my child to Haikou for a vacation this time and stumbled upon this hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, truly great value for money.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Haikou's West Coast, just a short drive from Leiqiong Global Geopark, Tropical Wildlife Park, Holiday Beach, and CDF Haikou International Duty-Free City. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring nature, taking kids to see animals, or shopping for duty-free goodies.
The hotel's facilities are exceptionally well-equipped. The outdoor pool, with its dedicated children's play area and fun water slides, keeps kids entertained. There's also an indoor heated pool, a professional gym, and a ping-pong room, catering to both adult relaxation and kids' fun. You can easily fill your leisure time without even leaving the hotel.
The breakfast quality was a pleasant surprise. The dishes were abundant and varied, with no repetition, and the taste was on point. It offered a good mix of Chinese, Western, and local specialties, so you wouldn't get tired of it even with daily meals.
The room details were meticulously thought out, perfectly suited for Hainan's humid climate. Since the hotel is a bit away from the sea, it's not too damp. The bathroom is equipped with a full set of Bvlgari toiletries. The room's air conditioning has powerful dehumidifying capabilities, and there's an additional independent dehumidifier. The room stayed dry and fresh throughout our stay, completely free from any sticky or uncomfortable feeling.
The service was thoughtful and attentive, with staff members being gentle and polite.
From the front desk to the restaurant and public area staff, everyone was warm and courteous. Requests were promptly attended to, and they were patient and meticulous in their interactions, making our entire stay very comfortable.
This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's a fantastic choice for family vacations or leisure stays in Haikou; you absolutely can't go wrong. I'll definitely be returning!

QingqingaichibingjilingThe concierge was very attentive and helpful. He proactively helped me call a taxi when I was leaving, and even provided a specially prepared guide with recommendations for dining, activities, sightseeing, and shopping. The hotel's views are absolutely stunning, offering a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The Zizaiwan promenade is right opposite the hotel. Walking along the coast there offers a unique experience, different from a typical beach walk. Overall, a great stay.

I brought my child along for a short trip, and the experience was fantastic value for money. Ctrip offered a great price during this period. The breakfast and regular buffet had a wide variety of authentic dishes, which I really enjoyed. The hotel's location is excellent; opening the window reveals a sea view where you can see across the strait.
Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with multiple indoor and outdoor swimming areas, which my child absolutely loved. They mostly wanted to play within the hotel grounds and didn't want to go out. The beach is just across the road, which is super convenient.
Hygiene: The room was clean, and housekeeping was prompt. As an environmentalist, I don't advocate for waste.
Service: The service was attentive, and the front desk staff were warm and thorough. Seeing that I had a child, they proactively upgraded our room. A big shout-out to Xiaomeng! This level of service is often something state guesthouse-type hotels do better than international chains – they proactively helped with luggage, taxis, and hotel activities, which was great for a family with a child.
The experience was truly excellent, and I'll definitely bring my wife here next time.

Facilities: The hotel is very new and has all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine, gym, and restaurant. The environment is excellent, tastefully decorated in a vintage and Nanyang style. The bedding is very comfortable; the mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard. Each bed comes with two types of pillows, so guests who prefer either soft or firm pillows will find one that suits them – that's a huge plus! The 4th-floor restaurant also serves great food, making it possible to spend the entire day at the hotel without needing to go out.
Cleanliness: All tables in the room, including those in the bathroom, were very clean.
Service: The front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, but they did handle everything I needed them to, so it was fine. The airport transfer driver was nice and quite chatty.
Airport pick-up/drop-off service: Having the airport transfer service was truly hassle-free, and the vehicles provided were new and comfortable.

The location is excellent; downstairs is a walking park with a view of Century Bridge 🌉. It's also quite close to Yundong Academy. The swimming pool offers great views while you swim. We received a complimentary baby food item, which the restaurant swapped for a delicious steamed egg with minced meat and mushrooms, and my little brother ate a lot of it. The room was spacious, but the facilities felt a bit dated, possibly due to an older renovation. Lobby manager Xiao Yu was very kind and even gave us a souvenir when we left.

Guest UserThe hotel's main entrance isn't directly on the main road, and while the garden isn't huge, stepping into the lobby immediately brings a sense of calm with the classic Langham fragrance. Hehe. The check-in area is located on the 43rd floor, offering panoramic views of Haikou. Downstairs, it's right next to MixC World and Evergreen Park, making getting around super convenient. The hotel's decor style particularly appeals to feminine aesthetics, with elegance evident in every detail.

Guest UserHygiene: Good, clean, and the cleaning lady was very kind and meticulous.
Environment: The room decoration was very exquisite, practical, and thoughtfully designed.
Service: The front desk staff were generally good, with a strong service-oriented attitude. Initially, a tall man checked me in; he was a bit cold and arrogant. However, the slender girl who checked me out was very friendly and professional. When I left, someone saluted and smiled, which was very heartwarming. One minor issue was that the luggage service was too slow, slower than the average hotel, and even more so for a Ritz-Carlton.
Facilities:
Pros: The gym was excellent, I really liked the equipment, it was very comfortable. It wasn't overly crowded.
Cons: The swimming pool was a bit small (15 meters). The pool and gym are shared with the Renaissance, so the clientele is a bit mixed. I suspect I was followed by a man (he kept swimming close to me, when I got up, he got up, when I walked away, he followed, and when I walked aimlessly, he also followed). So, ladies traveling alone should be careful!
The biggest drawback was the location; it's quite out of the way, and ordering delivery was inconvenient. However, the Chinese restaurant was quite good. But there's no hotel in the city center that can compare to the Ritz-Carlton in terms of quality, so it's a matter of trade-offs.

GuomiziOur stay at the Hilton Haikou was fantastic, especially thanks to the excellent butler service. Our butler was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire visit. Before we even arrived, they proactively informed us about the local weather in Haikou and kindly reminded us to bring an umbrella to avoid getting wet – it was such a thoughtful detail. The hotel also has EV charging stations in the parking area, which was very convenient for us traveling by car. The only slight inconvenience was that food deliveries couldn't be brought up to the room, so we had to go downstairs to pick them up, which took a little extra time. Despite that, our overall experience was still very good.

Anonymous UserThe B&B is at the very edge of the village. Because it is newly built and not yet complete, there are no food or supermarkets around. We booked this hotel for a sea view room. It cost over 400 in the off-season, which was not cost-effective. The room had a nice sea view. We lived on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down on the night of check-in, so we had to take the stairs every time. The elevator was still not repaired when we left the hotel the next morning. When we went downstairs at 7 a.m., there was no one at the lobby counter. I called the boss, and someone came after 8 a.m. to deliver soup noodles for breakfast, saying it was a local specialty. The room only included breakfast for two people, and if there were more people, they had to pay an extra 20 yuan per person. It is particularly worth mentioning that there were no stools in the room, so we had to stand to eat. Later, I asked the boss to bring stools into the room. In order to save space, the hotel placed the washbasin next to the bed, which looked okay, but every time I washed my hands, the water made a loud noise, and it was right next to the bed, disturbing the rest of the person sleeping. If you just want to see the sea and don't care about other things, you can stay here. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I still hope that the hotel will become more and more perfect.
