Check in was warm and friendly and we were very impressed by our apartment. We had a big comfortable bed with good quality bedding. En-suite was clean and modern. Kitchen was well equipped. "I had an EXTREMELY WONDERFUL stay at the Spires Serviced Apartment in Glasgow, the flat itself I am calling a penthouse, with open view windows from its open kitchen to lounge area to overlook the city of Glasgow, and the bed is super comfortable. All well quipped flat with all the things you need, including laundry/drying machine and dish washer (both detergents provided), even the cheese board is prepared!!!!!!! Staff is super friendly and professional, I had a little check-in contingency as the key wasn’t working and it was 6ish pm, the staff was on holiday but still came all the way within half an hour to help me change the key! Super impressive! She greets everyone at reception all the time with a big smile!!!!! Excellent stay experience I have ever had in Glasgow!!!!!!! Love it so much!!!!!"
