"The hotel is very good. Although the building is old, it doesn't feel old. It feels rich and historical. The murals on the corridors show the glory of the past. The bed in the suite was very comfortable, and the sofa turned into a bed for the children to sleep well. The breakfast was great. In general, Scotland was cold enough to make people feel safe and warm."

"We only stayed briefly, but YOTEL Glasgow left a great impression. The location is unbeatable—right next to Central Station, perfect for travellers. We were lucky to receive an upgraded room, which was nice and spacious. It was also remarkably quiet for such a central spot. While the room showed a few signs of wear in places, the overall comfort and convenience more than made up for it. Recommended for a short stopover."

"This hotel is really old. I was only in Glasgow for one day and wanted something close to the train station, so I booked this place. I originally booked an executive twin room, but when I arrived at 4 PM, they said the housekeeper who makes up the beds had already left. So they switched us to a standard twin room instead. The standard twin room was tiny; it was hard to even lay two suitcases flat. The room facilities were outdated, and there were no USB charging ports. It just felt generally unclean. The breakfast was incredibly basic. The service was very proactive, but honestly, besides being a 30-second walk from the train station, there's nothing else positive about it. 1500 a night was definitely not worth it."

"Great hotel. Had an executive room and was pleased to find water, toothbrush and various things I'd forgotten to bring. Room was large and the beds were very comfortable. I'd asked for early check in as I was in Glasgow for my son's graduation and was able to get into the room early to get ready. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again"

"While I can’t say I fully enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, that may partly be because we had just come from a really lovely hotel in Aberdeen, so my expectations were quite high, particularly regarding the housekeeping standards, given the hotel’s reputation and heritage. Unfortunately, the cleaning service and general room upkeep felt somewhat lacking during our stay. That said, it was still a good stay overall. The reception staff were fantastic, very professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was decent as well, although we were unable to try many of the buffet options due to personal preferences and faith-based dietary restrictions. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Glasgow."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and booked a taxi for us early in the morning to the airport and checked to see if recent roadworks were finished. The room was great and restaurant had lovely meals. This is a great place to stay in Glasgow."
