"Great hotel in a fantastic location. The room is cosy and has a lovely sea view despite being near the city centre, and it was surprisingly quiet throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. No complaints whatsoever."

"First off, the entrance to the property is a bit confusing, and it's not clear where you're supposed to go in. Once inside, we had to wait 20 minutes to get our key and access our room. The guy working there was very nice, though; he's the only one doing everything, so I understand he can't always be available. He recommended several things and gave us some tips for the island. We also booked an excursion through the hotel, which was cheaper, so that was great. The location is a 10-minute walk from Fira town, and parking around the hotel is very easy. The room is small but very comfortable and extremely clean. The mattress is large and quite comfortable. Regarding breakfast, I have mixed feelings. The concept is that you choose two items from a list the day before, and they deliver it to your room within a specified time slot. Personally, I find eating in the room uncomfortable; it restricts you to a schedule and doesn't allow for flexibility. It's plentiful, yes, but often I don't like it that much because I feel bad throwing food away. I prefer to choose what I'm actually going to eat. So, if I had to choose next time, I wouldn't opt for the breakfast option. It so happened that the pool wasn't operational during our stay, so we couldn't use it."

"Santorino has many cobblestone streets and hills, but fortunately, I arrived at a pretty hotel located on relatively flat ground, although it was only about a ten-minute walk from the bus terminal. It felt cozy, as if I had rented a local's home. It had a balcony and everything I needed. I would like to stay here again. However, since there are no insect screens, bugs might come in, but that is likely the case with all hotels, so it is fine. One inconvenience was that the front desk was always closed, so direct communication was not quick. I later found out that if I sent an email to the hotel, a manager would come. Airport transfer services are available, and I really liked this hotel. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to stay here again."

"Very good value for money hotel, I booked in advance, the price is good. Especially in a hotel with a convenient location and sea view. Although the sea is not facing the volcanic island, everything is very comfortable. Eva was very enthusiastic and helped me solve many problems, such as printer tickets and booking a driver to drop off the plane. Especially warm place is that the hotel specially prepared small items for women's makeup and physiology, which is particularly intimate. The bathtub effect is also very good!"

"Ctrip didn’t book a room for me. My friend checked in. It was clearly written on Ctrip. Children don’t charge bed fees. The hotel front desk charges 30 Euros per night for children’s beds. Long arguing. Finally, Ctrip agreed to bear the excess costs. I hope that similar things will not happen again, which greatly affects the mood and time schedule of travel!"

"Good location, very good bed, good Balcony, nice staff but the manager charge me 30 € Taxi when normally is 10-12 to the port from hotel. Its only 12 minutes away, I did not know the real price because i was in a Rush but i feel this is a robbery because he was “helping me” but took a lot of advantage from it."

"The local bus stop, which is one of the main ways to get around the island, is about a 10-minute walk away. There's a pool. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. It also has air conditioning. When we asked the staff for directions on how to get around the island, they were incredibly helpful."

"The location was great, with a rooftop overlooking the ocean! There didn't seem to be many rooms, and there were few guests, so the rooftop was sometimes empty as if it was reserved for private use. The view in front of the hotel is so good that many tourists pass by and stop to take pictures of the view. I think the best thing about this hotel is that we could sit back and enjoy it in our special seats. There is a small pool on the rooftop, but it's not for swimming, it's for soaking. There are many hotels in Santorini where you can enjoy the view by soaking in the water, so it's a good size for that kind of enjoyment. You can have a delicious breakfast at the cafe restaurant attached to the hotel. *I recommend choosing yogurt with fruit instead. You can have more bread and choose from a wide variety of jams, so I ended up eating too much. The towels are changed to freshly washed ones every day. You should expect no amenities. There was shampoo and some kind of liquid soap, but that was all. Overall, it's a hotel with a good balance for the price. I recommend it."
