"Wonderful hotel and place to stay ! I would highly recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Santorini . I am so happy that I have decided to book our hotel and I would definitely come back again . Great location , exceptional customer service , facilities, service and amazing staff! I could message to our host any time any day and ask for help or advice if needed. I was very much enjoying the breakfasts, private jacuzzi and the views. Everyone was very friendly , kind and helpful. Great atmosphere , very tidy and clean rooms . The location is very convenient , everything is very well organised and well managed."

"The brother at the front desk was so enthusiastic and explained everything clearly when he arrived. As soon as we arrived, we were attracted by the swimming pool and the sunset. The room is tidy but a bit old, which is normal for 2 stars. ."

"Very good boss, 25 yuan to help us book a midnight pick-up, came a super big Mercedes-Benz minibus. Because the flight time has been changed again and again, we have been following up on our itinerary. The room was also prepared with small snacks and small notes, very warm, and gave maps and effective guidelines. Very close to the Ferrara Blue Top Church, the bus terminal is a little far away, not a cliff hotel, but there is a swimming pool, the price is high, very recommended."

"At the hotel on the top of the mountain, you have to climb a long flight of steps to get to the hotel with your suitcase. You can only carry the suitcase to the cave room when you reach the hotel. The cave has no windows, only a small opening on the door that can be opened. The air conditioner is not windy enough, it is very stuffy, and the quilt sheets are very damp, and it is uncomfortable to fall asleep. The good point is that there is a blue roof church behind the restaurant, and there are tourist attractions nearby, so you can stroll around."

"White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!"

"The location seems very central, but we had some difficulty finding it. If you don’t have a car and plan to go out in the evening, it might not be the best choice. However, we only stayed for one night, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. The rooms were clean, and it’s a family-run place."
