"We had a wonderful stay at the Andromeda Hotel in Greece. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views, making it the perfect place to relax. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel at home. Their warm hospitality really made a difference throughout our visit. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good selection of local and international options. The hotel’s location was also excellent, providing easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Overall, the Andromeda Hotel exceeded our expectations. It offers great value, excellent service, and a genuine Greek hospitality experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Greece."

"A piscina estava partida não deu para usufruir dela, cobram 10€ se deixarem toalhas no chão e nem avisao, cobraram-me 50€ a mim pelas toalhas e por ter sujo sem querer a coberta da cama, simplesmente deixaram um papel debaixo da porta para ir à receção que tinha de pagar 50€ exigiam em dinheiro físico e eu impõs-me e só pagaria por cartão e fatura. Fora isso correu tudo bem"

"We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed at the cave suite with 2 bedrooms, the rooms were huge and clean, and we had a private plunge pool which we were able to change the water temperature. It would have been perfect if there was a bath tub, but even without it it was great. The pool is at the edge of the balcony so it is like your own infinity pool! It may depend on the time you go, but for us we went and June and early July so it was really quiet and peaceful so it really feels like you are there at your own villa. Next, the staff were all very kind helpful and full of hospitality so we had a wonderful experience with them all. Also, the food in this hotel’s restaurant was unexpectedly delicious!! Our family went to several restaurants in Santorini but this hotel was the best! Breakfast is delicious and you can choose many types and we loved it!! Improvement points would be: - there are many stairs to go up and down so it may be hard for some ppl - the shower was not hot enough depending on the time you used it - we had to submit our breakfast order by 11pm the previous day and we could not order more or less at the actual morning/breakfast Overall we absolutely loved this hotel’s restaurant, the location of the room and pools are perfect, and you can fully enjoy the Aegean Sea view !!! I would 100% recommend it to anyone going to Ouia Santorini:)"

"Firstly: The Hotel itself is really good Shame about the management and reservation department. I booked a Jacuzzi Premium Suite – Outdoor Jacuzzi (Sea View) month and a half ahead because we have 2 adult and 2 kids so i email a month ahead to let them know. They reply confirmed me everything is fine I just have to pay 30 Euro extra for each night which im fine about it. i got to the hotel at 9:30 at night and they told me they dont have record about adding an extra person. It took me a good 20 minutes showing them emails and confirmation to work out. than they took us to a different room for the night. they told us the room I booked will be ready the next day between noon to 2. I have plan to go out but end up waiting for the room changing. Secondly: We only got given 4 bottle of water out of the 4 days we stayed there. I mean being a five star hotel you can't even spare 4 bottles of water each day? When i ask for bottle of water they try to charge me 5 Euro per bottle."

"As a landmark tourist destination in Greece, Santorini boasts a plethora of hotels of all kinds, enough to make any choice difficult! The hotel we stayed at wasn't the most luxurious or the most beautiful, but it was definitely the most unique! Located on a hillside overlooking the Fira town, it offered stunning sea views of the volcanic island. Every morning, we could see two or three large cruise ships quietly anchored in the azure Aegean Sea, and at night, they twinkled silently with their lights, creating breathtaking seascapes at every turn! The hotel's white walls, red doors, green plants, and blue pool were also scenes we couldn't get enough of photographing. Both room types we stayed in were quite spacious and well-equipped, with bathrooms reminiscent of Turkish baths. The hotel service was also meticulous and attentive. A handsome young man at the front desk waited until late at night to check us in, and room service staff waited outside our doors until we left before starting to clean. The room was always impeccably tidy. The only downside was the limited fresh water supply on the island; each room only received one large bottle of water free of charge, and any additional water would incur a charge. Breakfast wasn't booked the night before, so there were bound to be translation and comprehension issues. The breakfast portions were a bit small on the first two days, and too much on the last day, which was a little awkward. Fortunately, it was all included in the room rate."

"Het hotel is laaggebouwd. De kamers zijn in bungalowvorm, dus op de begane grond. Enkele kamers zijn op de 2e verdieping. Wij zaten in een kamer op de begane grond. Redelijk schoon. Toch wat haartjes hier en daar gespot. Daar houden we niet van. Veel zwembaden, dus als de ene vol is kun je naar de andere. Hotel is erg uitgestrekt. Je koffers worden met golfkarretjes gebracht en opgehaald. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt is goed. Kan altijd beter, maar we hebben slechtere ontbijten gehad. Op loopafstand van centrum van Fira. Al met al goede ervaring."

"I received a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room overlooking the pool, which makes for a wonderful view, especially on the balcony. The hotel is an easy 20-minute walk to the centre of Fira and the Fira bus station, with no stairs or anything that makes luggage access difficult. The included breakfast has a good selection. The staff were very kind, cleaning was quite good, and the receptionist provided excellent recommendations for my itinerary. Overall, a very nice and relaxing stay."
