GGuest UserWhile the hotel isn't located in Oia or Fira, it's situated on the edge of the caldera, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The views are stunning, making it perfect for those with plenty of time and a short vacation. A bus service runs directly to Fira, a 20-minute drive away, making transportation convenient. The hotel's service was excellent. We printed out the bus schedule in advance, and the front desk staff provided detailed information about attractions and arranged travel arrangements. They were very considerate. If you ran out of drinking water in your room, you could ask for more. The breakfast was varied and well-prepared, with a wide selection of fruits. Breakfast ended at 11:00 PM. The breakfast restaurant overlooked the Aegean Sea and was a delight. The evening menu was also excellent and worth trying, though the prices are a bit high. The small garden outside the garden-view rooms was clean and comfortable for soaking up the sun. The only downside was the lack of a gym and a rather small pool.

The staff was really nice and friendly, had plenty of options in their breakfast range ( from vegans to non vegans, all), rooms were neat & tidy and the sea view was incredible. 30 mins walking distance from fira, though the hotel provide free shuttle around the day. Definitely recommend! Will visit again.

CCherylMy husband and I enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Santorini at Panorama Suites April 24-28th. The hotel location in Fira is right on pedestrian street and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. Full cook to order breakfast was very good with cappuccinos. They provided assistance with luggage to your room and the best part was the amazing caldera views from our room balcony! Rooms are very clean and modern with spa shower that's amazing. For those needing mobility information, the hotel Suites are down on the caldera, and they have two elevators down to the suites and then flight of stairs. It's a bit of walking to your suite but worth the amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Suites!

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at this villa. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The villa itself was spacious and located in a peaceful setting. What impressed me most was the hospitality of the owner. Due to a delay in my travel plans, I arrived at around 2 a.m., yet the owner personally came to meet me and made sure I checked in smoothly. This level of care and dedication was truly appreciated and made me feel very welcome. The owner was friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions during my stay. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserMinas was wonderful, along with Matthias. So nice in every way. Loved our arrival fresh drink and bottle of wine. And arranged some breakfast as we had a very early check out. Very considerate and helpful Mina’s was at all times. A lovely start to an amazing stay. Matthias was so happy and friendly too. Our room was next to the laundry or kitchen. Quite noisy at times with a couple of the staff talking and we couldn’t open the window as a staff member was sitting right there and had food, drink on window ledge. The internet was sketchy the majority of the time however Mina’s helped with connection for my partner to work. Loved our stay overall! Thank you to them

GGuest UserThe room is large, equivalent to two bedrooms and one hall with kitchen! (There are big beds in the bedroom, two very small sofa beds on both sides of the living room are enough for adults to sleep.) Although the breakfast is small, it is very delicate! Very delicious. ! The location is awesome, two minutes to go is the Black Beach attraction, there is a bus stop nearby (1.8 Euro). It is very convenient to transfer to many attractions (just need to communicate in English, the bus stop has a departure time of about 30 minutes) trip) Very suitable for children, elderly vacation! (The terrain is flat, bar street, restaurant, small supermarket is very concentrated, very lively Will consider choosing again!

DDenne GohTook the senior suite. Room was oddly shaped with the toilet a few steps down. But it was quite cool. Toilet seems to encourage couple showering with 2 shower heads and plenty of space in the shower. Room wasn’t too far from the top of the walking street so that made going in and out easy. The outdoor jacuzzi faces the setting sun and the view was just memorizing. We had our breakfast on the balcony and it was just great. Staffs once again were helpful and courteous.

GGuest UserWe had the most amazing stay at Bella Santorini and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and we were made to feel so welcome. Evangelia Valvi, the owner, was absolutely incredible. She couldn’t do enough for us and was always so kind, helpful and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her warmth really made our stay feel special. The villa/apartment was beautiful, spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was also fantastic — fresh, delicious and clearly made with care. A special mention also has to go to Pannos, the bar manager, who was brilliant throughout our stay. He was friendly, professional and made the bar area such a lovely place to relax. Bella Santorini is a truly wonderful place with amazing people, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini and would absolutely love to return. Thank you to Evangelia, Pannos and the whole team for making our stay so memorable.

CCoop84A beautiful apartment /hotel with lovely pool area. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast was huge with lots of different food to try ( served a la carte though so we worried about waste sometimes ~ perhaps can be explained on the first day so you can decide if you want to eat it or not to ensure nothing gets wasted!) Apartment was clean, cool and with a nice terrace area. Coffee area and fridge so we were able to have morning coffees and keep some snacks and drinks. Helpful, friendly staff. We had to pay environment tax which was not an issue in itself, but we didn’t know until nearly check out time and cash was preferred~ perhaps we can include this in the price so it is not an extra expense at the end of the trip?
