NNicolaBOur experience at Volcano View Hotel far surpassed our already high expectations. The level of service provided was exceptional, with a remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were nothing short of fabulous, not only in their design but also in their impeccable cleanliness and provision for all our needs. The thoughtful inclusion of drinking water and complimentary Nespresso coffee added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The balcony afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view over the Aegean and the majestic volcanic mountain. The convenience of the hotel's transportation service to and from the charming town of Fira was a noteworthy highlight, making exploring the area a seamless endeavor. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. We especially enjoyed all the local dishes. Our heartfelt gratitude for a truly memorable stay at your remarkable establishment.

CCherylMy husband and I enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Santorini at Panorama Suites April 24-28th. The hotel location in Fira is right on pedestrian street and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. Full cook to order breakfast was very good with cappuccinos. They provided assistance with luggage to your room and the best part was the amazing caldera views from our room balcony! Rooms are very clean and modern with spa shower that's amazing. For those needing mobility information, the hotel Suites are down on the caldera, and they have two elevators down to the suites and then flight of stairs. It's a bit of walking to your suite but worth the amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Suites!

GGuest UserMinas was wonderful, along with Matthias. So nice in every way. Loved our arrival fresh drink and bottle of wine. And arranged some breakfast as we had a very early check out. Very considerate and helpful Mina’s was at all times. A lovely start to an amazing stay. Matthias was so happy and friendly too. Our room was next to the laundry or kitchen. Quite noisy at times with a couple of the staff talking and we couldn’t open the window as a staff member was sitting right there and had food, drink on window ledge. The internet was sketchy the majority of the time however Mina’s helped with connection for my partner to work. Loved our stay overall! Thank you to them

GGuest UserLove it. Said it’s a two stars hotel but actually all the facilities and services are in 4 stars level. They got a bar near the pool (you will get a welcoming drink there which is so tasty) and multiple types of rooms. They also got a long hour front desk and shuttle service etc… The room is very cozy and large, and got everything you need even with a kitchen in my apartment. The AC is very enough and comfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary with Blue Waves and they got a very very romantic and nice decoration which allow us to have an even better experience with them! We love it so much and spent a very wonderful night with Blue Waves!

GGuest UserThe room is large, equivalent to two bedrooms and one hall with kitchen! (There are big beds in the bedroom, two very small sofa beds on both sides of the living room are enough for adults to sleep.) Although the breakfast is small, it is very delicate! Very delicious. ! The location is awesome, two minutes to go is the Black Beach attraction, there is a bus stop nearby (1.8 Euro). It is very convenient to transfer to many attractions (just need to communicate in English, the bus stop has a departure time of about 30 minutes) trip) Very suitable for children, elderly vacation! (The terrain is flat, bar street, restaurant, small supermarket is very concentrated, very lively Will consider choosing again!

GGuest UserLocation : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere. Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed. Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel. Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you. Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

GGuest UserWe had the most amazing stay at Bella Santorini and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and we were made to feel so welcome. Evangelia Valvi, the owner, was absolutely incredible. She couldn’t do enough for us and was always so kind, helpful and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her warmth really made our stay feel special. The villa/apartment was beautiful, spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was also fantastic — fresh, delicious and clearly made with care. A special mention also has to go to Pannos, the bar manager, who was brilliant throughout our stay. He was friendly, professional and made the bar area such a lovely place to relax. Bella Santorini is a truly wonderful place with amazing people, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini and would absolutely love to return. Thank you to Evangelia, Pannos and the whole team for making our stay so memorable.

LLimThe view and service is excellent, just like what many of the reviews and recommendations say! I really appreciated the friendliness and warm hospitality of the team here. Breakfast can be customised and served in room or at the common areas. Like many of the hotels with views in this area, it requires some walking down and up certain flights of stairs, though I saw the team help other guests with their luggage. CCoop84A beautiful apartment /hotel with lovely pool area. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast was huge with lots of different food to try ( served a la carte though so we worried about waste sometimes ~ perhaps can be explained on the first day so you can decide if you want to eat it or not to ensure nothing gets wasted!) Apartment was clean, cool and with a nice terrace area. Coffee area and fridge so we were able to have morning coffees and keep some snacks and drinks. Helpful, friendly staff. We had to pay environment tax which was not an issue in itself, but we didn’t know until nearly check out time and cash was preferred~ perhaps we can include this in the price so it is not an extra expense at the end of the trip?
