"Excellent apartments, with their pros and cons. But as I understand it, this is a mid-range price segment, and it's definitely worth the money. There's a rooftop pool and a decent gym. The room was clean, and the smart toilet was a nice bonus! I also really appreciated the free water dispenser that was provided and refilled at no extra charge. The washing machine and separate dryer were a huge plus, saving both money and time. There's also free underground parking for motorbikes. The internet speed is typical for Bali, around 50-70Mbps, but it's shared and can have occasional, minor interruptions. They also have a great massage parlor with a very skilled masseur (at least he was there during our 11-day stay) – I highly recommend checking it out. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a lovely view; it's not luxurious, but you won't go hungry, and again, it's worth the price. As for the downsides, the bathroom was a bit worn, and the balcony overlooked a construction site. But as I mentioned, it's a mid-range place, so some minor inconveniences are to be expected."

"Was excited to try Citadines. While service staffs are super warm, friendly and helpful, it will improve hotel service standards on the following: 1. Train staff to speak english to communicate better. 2. I believe the rooms cleanliness can be done better for a 4 star international brand. Really need to pay special attention to moulds and stains on bathroom and toilet walls and edges. 3. I freaked out when I saw the condition of the kettle on first night. Called for a new one but condition was better by 30%. Until they sent a 3rd one which no idea why the water tasted salty from my first sip. I just drank directly from the bottle hence forth. Too tired to make a fuzz over this. To Hotel manager - photos available if you want to see. 4. No idea why tv was sticky out and not flushed to wall. 5. Laundry room - If Front office is telling guests that washing machines do not dry completely and we have to hang them on our balcony (which btw or if someone has forgotten, this contradicts to your balcony door’s signage “drying clothes on the balcony is prohibited”). So do consider installing a Dryer perhaps? Location is walkable distance to the beach (not private beach which is ok). Nearby to cafes, bars with 2 beach clubs nearby. Food here is great! Breakfast serves decent good buffet spread. Hope this helps."

"I had a great time at Sunset Mansion, even though it's in Seminyak it's a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, a bit outside of the chaos. Very happy with the pool access suite, with breakfast, a spacious room with kitchenette, a big bed and big bathroom. The service was top notch. Laras, the receptionist took very good care of me. She is attentive and professional. All the other staff were very helpful too and always positive with a smile. I will come back, next time!"

"This is my fourth time in Bali, and I can confidently say that this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at on the island. I usually don’t enjoy hotels in busy tourist areas, but this one is a true exception. In fact, the only “downside” is that it is located in a popular spot but everything else is pure delight Housekeeping is done daily, the hotel is in excellent condition, and the design is beautiful and very pleasant. There’s everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: a gym, sauna, pool, and ice bath. The location is perfect as well restaurants, money exchangers, shopping, and the beach are all within walking distance. Evenings were cozy especially I loved relaxing on the comfortable sofa, watching Netflix on the big TV. I also want to highlight the staff: always smiling, friendly, and attentive. I truly felt like this was my second home that’s how welcomed and comfortable I felt here. Thank you, Sunny Muse! Next time I come to Bali, I won’t have to look for a place to stay I will choose you again"

"The renovations and grounds are nice, there's a microwave and a water cooler on the floor, and the staff are all respectful and kind. The pool is clean and there weren't many people there. If you need privacy, this is a good place. We found a good place for dinner and breakfast on Google Maps: Deli Kitchen, next to the hotel. We loved everything!"

"There were many advantages, but for me there was a significant disadvantage: the rooms on the second floor overlook the sun loungers, meaning people on the loungers can literally see everything going on in the room. You either have to be fully clothed at all times, or the windows are always curtained, which is a real hassle; you have to constantly monitor this, making it impossible to relax. I think sheer curtains (tulle) would have solved this problem, at least during the day. - No salt, pepper, tea, or coffee in the kitchen. - No cotton pads, swabs, or toothbrush. - YouTube didn't work. Pros: Everything was clean and new, a full kitchen, perfect linens, water coolers everywhere, a spacious refrigerator, a great large pool, friendly staff, no construction, and the street is truly quiet, yet the hotel is centrally located. I rented it for 2300₽, which is a pretty good price."

"Very nice hotel. Clean bed linen and comfortable bed. Our room with kitchen didn't have a kettle, but we boiled water for coffee in a saucepan) There is a large bottle of water in the room, but it has a very dirty spout, we didn't drink this water. We bought it at a 24-hour store around the corner."

"The hotel is generally good, but very tired, especially the toilet by the pool, which is unpleasant to use. The pool is deep, not crowded, which is good, the sea is 2 minutes away, but I don't recommend swimming there. The towels smell very damp, the cafe is a 7-minute walk away, the street is unlit, and a store with a modest selection is 3 minutes away."
