"首説先房間很適合家庭。它就是一間長在酒店裡的民宿！不是酒店！沒有人員接待，全靠自己！第一次去根本搞不清楚要怎麼進怎麼走。酒店應該是留一半經營酒店，另一半賣出去了。這家酒店在山上，非常偏遠，S彎道盤旋上山，坡度有點大，沒有路燈，非常漆黑，到山上引擎蓋都燙了。我們晚上8點多到，當我們問酒店應該怎麼辦理入住的時候，酒店的人告訴我們是這個建築，但是不走這個門，後面有個小門進入。他們不能為我們辦理入住和提供其他服務。更奇葩的是後面的小門需要密碼。山裡信號非常差，打不開郵箱。遇到了裏面的住户，告訴了我密碼。到了房間門口，發現密碼鎖是壞的。打電話還是語音的，裏面還有香港話的語音。簡直要崩潰了。後面根據語音選項終於轉到人工了，是個日本人，又開始各種確認身份。我在Trip上訂的房間付的款，對方確説她那邊顯示是樂天付款。後面又是姓名人數哪天下單的吧啦吧啦。終於確認好了，她説門鎖是壞了，讓我們打開旁邊電閘門裡面有個帶密碼的小盒子，告訴我們密碼，打開后里面有2把鑰匙，可以開門！當時的心情，真的差到極致！對這個平台也產生了質疑！因為訂單頁面上沒有顯示民宿，根據照片也看不出來是沒有服務人員的民宿！而且又説顯示通過樂天平台訂的，我根本就沒有樂天。我們進房間後連上Wi-Fi看見郵箱裏當天才發的消息，一條一樓鐵門的密碼，一條房間門電子密碼鎖壞了，要開電閘門找密碼小盒子以及小盒子的密碼。真的氣死了。誰出去玩還要沒事兒翻郵箱看，為什麼不打電話呢？ 日語不好的不要訂這種，像我們這樣有突發狀況，你根本搞不清楚。 房間裏面挺乾淨的，就是被套太舊了，都起球了。房間也很大，各種用具齊全，適合家庭入住。"

"I stayed here on a family trip. It was not what I had imagined, and the hotel itself seemed to have been renovated from a love hotel during the bubble period, which was disappointing. There was no mention of any charges for check-in after 6pm. Also, breakfast was included, but I was surprised to find out that it was after 9pm, and they asked me if there was any problem with 9pm. I was on a trip and wanted to leave early to do some sightseeing, so I thought that was a response that did not take the customer's perspective into consideration. The room was spacious and had plenty of amenities. There was also a massage chair, which was nice."
